This CVS is across the street from my residence and I frequent the store for my convience. As I did on August 9th, 2021, tried to check out with my selected items, this guy whom CVS has hired made it impossible to complete the transaction. I will never again patronize this CVS.

We live nearby so we frequent this CVS & after we leave, I always note that this CVS is the gem of Swissvale. It is 100% because of the people that work there - they are all so friendly, personable, and welcoming. You know how sometimes you feel like youre annoying the workers at a CVS location by being there? Well not at this CVS! They always make it seem like they are glad you are there. Do I wish they sold bread? Yes, absolutely. But - the employees more than make-up for having to stop at a second location for bread.

I live only a few miles away from this location and from stopping by maybe a dozen times whenever I needed something small, Ive had only good experiences. Store is a bit old-fashioned, but thats not a big deal. Always seem to have good prices as well. Stop by if you need something.

Even though the store was open, they didnt pick up the phone when I called with a question. Useless.

This store is wonderful they deliver great customer service to the customers they make sure what you came in there for was takih care of. The greet you at the door when you walk in.

I tried some youth serums recommended by an associate there but the products did nothing for me!!!

Friendly and helpful staff, the pharmacy staff are especially helpful and have actually saved me quite a bit of money!

I just left $70 worth of products lying on the shelves and walked out after one of the female employees rudely asked me if I planned on buying something because they were closed. Instead of approaching me a few moments before closing and saying something politely, she showed her lack of manners and common courtesy by basically kicking me out after closing up and locking me in. When I told her that I wished they would have told me they were closing she said, Our hours are on the door!, and shut it behind me. I wasnt standing next to the door staring at the hours - I was trying to shop for a few things before heading home and I was simply unaware of the time. I understand that she has probably had a long day also and was just wanting to go home, but that was no excuse for her attitude. I wasnt rude to her and I wasnt being difficult so I was taken aback at the way she approached me to begin with. Ive worked in customer service a long time, and that is NOT how you treat a customer under any circumstances. I will be contacting the manager as soon as possible and will also be contacting headquarters about her poor attitude. I wont be going back to this CVS either.
