Steve was very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. He took me behind the scenes, walked me through the glass measurement process, and had a free estimate for me within 15-20 minutes. The quote was lower than all the others I had acquired. Johnnie told me the glass would take about 3 weeks to come in. She called me back within a week, and Steve replaced the glass in 4 window sashes the next day. Fast service. Highly recommended. Thank you Steve and Johnnie for your excellent customer service!

I prefer to support local business. I must say this place has some of the best service I have ever experienced! I brought 2 old, small basement egress windows in and they were repaired in less than 24 hrs.! Friendly staff, reasonable prices and ultra fast service! Highly recommend!

Poor quality work and high prices. I thought it would be good to have professionals fix my broken screen door to ensure the correct fit and for only $20 more then buying a new door that may fit. When I arrived home with the fixed door I found it completely out of square and very cheap stock used on the frame that was obviously to light of a gauge to hold the screen. I returned to have the work corrected and instead of doing it right they just did the complete and extreme opposite of their first mistake same stock on the door, but instead of being to skinny, it was now way to wide.. I will not be returning!
