Brought my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 in for service and very pleased with the overall experience. Rich P from service dept kept me up to date with pricing and status of my service work. They found a GM recall that took care of my issue and offered some maintenance service that was needed as well and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely bring my truck back for additional service if needed. Always a relief to work with professional courteous people with car issues.

I went in there to just see if I could get the car of my dreams and was shocked they where able to get it done the first time. No back and forth to the managers office simply “ this is what we can do on your trade and this is the price of the car and here’s your payment”. Jeremy Stewart was great never pressured me to buy. I call him a couple days before and told him I wanted to test drive several different cars without buying on that day. He never pressured me. just gave me the keys to the car and let me test drive them. 2 days later a bought one of them from him. Great dealership if they all where like that. Carvana would exist!!
I was really happy with my experience here. I shopped around when looking for a new truck and the one thing that sealed the deal for me was the service I received from both the salesperson Nick and the finance person Mike. They both took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. Its the first time Ive ever purchased a vehicle and not felt pressured into buying. I visited several times to look at the truck, often on my lunch break from work, and Nick accommodated my short schedule. He kept in contact with me, but only to answer questions, never pressuring me to come in and buy. When I made the decision to buy the truck, Mike sat down with me and discussed all the options for financing and walked me through the process quickly and made sure to explain everything. I will definitely be back when its time for another vehicle.
We own a 2013 Terrain that was using excessive oil. After a 5000 mile oil consumption test, during which I had to take the vehicle to the dealership every 500 to 700 miles to have the oil checked. The end result was the dealership rebuilt the engine with new pistons. Alex in the service department was very good to work with. Thanks Alex.
I felt extremely comfortable at this dealer. Most of the time it feels like you’re fighting with the dealership or salesperson, but at this dealer it was the total opposite. I was treated with respect. It was a no hassle deal, literally. My salesperson was also extremely knowledgeable and personable.

Went to look at a vehicle today. An employees 2010 Mazda 5 with 66,700 miles. Asking price of $6,999. Iwas ready to give them cash if the test drive went well. It did not. The a/c didnt work. The drivers headlamp assembly had condensation inside. There was a clunk in the front end when taking right corners. The transmission would grind when going into 2nd gear and the gear selector knob was very loose, spinning while I was trying to change gears (implying it had been taken apart already and not put back together well). When I told the sales person what was wrong and that I was disappointed having driven 45 minutes to look at this vehicle, I was told its an as is vehicle, they only test for safety and she looked at me like I was crazy for thinking I would get a decent vehicle for that price. She acted like it was no big deal that they were asking that kind of money for a vehicle clearly not worth a couple thousand. This vehicle was not only falling apart, it was definitely not safe. I dont think Ill be back to purchase any vehicle here.

He was not high pressure, and pretty well waited until I could make arrangements. He handled the sale OK in my mind and would recommend him as a salesman to anybody wanting to buy a car.
Great service, knowledgeable service representative, price is what you expect for going to a dealership (you get what you pay for). It’s nice to know there is still customer service, you call you talk to a person not a computer. Up date on August 2-2021 Left vehicle for repairs, service called for permission to fix leaking hose said go ahead fix it, never heard back from them. Called the next day to see what was going on with my vehicle, service was busy and was told they would call me back, they never did I finally called them at 4:00 that afternoon and again was told service was busy, but vehicle was done and paperwork was being completed.

The worse service. I purchased a car that says 68 miles online when I went to see it was 73 they said thats not a big difference I purchased anyway because I really need it . Months later I went to sell my vehicle they gave me an estimate so I came back a few weeks later because they said they will keep that estimate as long as the car was in the same condition so when I went back they offered me less of what they said. They said because the check engine was on and the car was in the same condition as last time. They found thousands of excuses to not give me what they said last time. Everything they sell worth but not ours. Also the sellers put too much pressure on you and if you dont buy at the first look they ignore you next time .. I waited eight weeks to post this because I thought my experience was too good to be true. One of the best, if not the best, car buying experiences I’ve had. Purchases a used 2015 Toyota Tacoma and it was exactly as described: clean, not cosmetic blemishes, and runs great. They did a complete oil change, ran over the maintenance history with me, and the price was great. I did my research, there was no need to haggle. Though Dekalb Sycamore Chevrolet Cadillac GMC was more than 50 min away they were thousands below the medium estimated price ($18.9K) where other local dealers were thousands over. This trip was the most pleasant out of our last few to the dealership. On a previous visit in December, I had a tire mounted with the raised white letters on the inside when the rest were white letters out. I’ve seen one of the service reps make an appointment for customers only to come back and say the parts wouldn’t be in that day - here’s an idea - check the parts before setting up the appointment. This dealership used to be awesome but has started to slide in the last year.

I live in Rochelle and I own TNT motors in Oregon. I have a brand new Chevy 2500 that I was going to service with Chevy in rochelle but they couldn’t make time for me. So I called over Friday morning for an oil change and you guys had me in and out in 30 minutes. I was leaving the next day to Alabama

Even for just an oil change and tire rotation on a no-appointment Saturday, the service team at Dekalb Chevrolet inspects everything. They let you know whats failing and needs serviced right away as well as whats nearing the end of its life and needs looked at in the near future. I feel very safe driving my truck knowing its been thoroughly checked!

I didn’t buy my truck here ( it was used at a Ford dealer) but they are right by my house. I bought the truck 2 weeks ago and had a fender light out on my 70k gmc 2500 Denali. I went in and Alex in service just right on it I had no appointment. He got under the truck found it was unplugged. He cleaned it him self and re connected and sent me on my way. 2 weeks later I had all sorts of lights come on and the truck limited on speed. A bad tank on the diesel def system. Alex has called me promptly to update me. The part is on nationwide back order and is looking at 4 plus weeks. Tho I am very unhappy about the situation Alex has made sure to help me and work with me to make the best of the situation with a loaner and looking to get me a truck loaner as I use a truck for work. My truck will only go back to Alex as long as I have it.
Rich Padgett and is team are phenomenal! The service, the hospitality, the knowledge and transparency of just a superb staff!I had some repair work done on my 2013 Chevy Cruze. Everything was working great, until a couple days later when more issues began happening involving the radiator fan and engine temperature and check engine light. Not really sure what else can be done as the car is showing it’s age and mileage. If anyone can fix it though, Rich and his team can. The one star is only because if not for this dealership, I wouldn’t have gone to a different one. I had come in looking to see if I could get approved for a car and was talked down to and treated like my business wasn’t worth the time. They told me I couldn’t get anything.I went across the street to the Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram lot and drove off with a ‘19 SUV with 28k miles as my first car AND a low payment. Go there! They actually care about you and aren’t afraid to work to get you a car, instead of this place.

I brought my 2019 Chevy traverse here on a Saturday after the check engine light and battery charging system light came on. I couldn’t take it to the dealership that I bought it out because of the alternator going I wouldn’t of made it 40 minutes. After my dealership refused to fax over my warranty information and knowing the warranty company was closed until Monday Rich in the service department gave us a loaner and said he would call my warranty company on Monday. Come to find out he sat on the phone with my warranty company for four hours on Monday. He called on Tuesday with an update and by Wednesday my car was completely taken care of... They even alerted me to a recall that I was not notified about. I’m telling you I don’t care where I bought my car I’m never taking it anywhere else. The customer service I received here was second to none. I’m so grateful for all their help.
I chose to go to this dealership, 45 minutes away, over mine because of a positive experience my friend had. What he said about their service was the complete opposite of what I received. From the start there were red flags that I should have picked up on and should have never gone there. First, when I called to schedule the service, it was a big inconvenience to have the part ordered and ready when I scheduled my appointment. I got this from not only the service department but parts as well. So I ordered the part, hand it shipped to my house, and brought it with. My friend had the exact same service done, but had the dealership order the part. His service took about an hour and a half. I confirmed this rough estimate on the phone, when making the appointment, and was told the was a close approximate time frame.Service day came and arrived shortly before my scheduled appointment. The service took much longer than 2 hours. At 4 hours inquired about how much longer it would take and was told another hour to hour and a half. I ended up not getting all of the devices I needed done and had to leave to make the 45 minute trip back home to get my kids from school. In total, I was at the dealership for 5.5 hours.I get my invoice and go to pay for only one of the services I requested. I was charged $270 for that service when my friend was charged $190. So what changed in a few months that the price went up $80?DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! Read and listen the poor reviews about the services. They are spot on.

Went there because they said my clutch would fall under warranty, it did not. Now a couple months later, the area that they would have had to disassemble to reach the clutch has fallen apart due to the bolts not being properly tightened, causing a cavalcade of issues. They claim it has been to long for it to have been there fault. When I explained to them that I’ve had a sick dog and haven’t even left my house the past 2 months they accused me of lying.I never wanted to deal with these people again after they did the clutch but motorworks dekalb told me that they’d rather have them fix what they broke so they sent me back to this dealer. Am looking forward to the day that I never have to deal with this dealership and their staff ever again.The car that they shuttle you is nice, so at least there’s that...

Best service experience ever! I brought in my 2015 Chevy Tahoe last month for an A/C leak which of course happened during the hottest weeks of the summer and I was left with no A/C. The part (entire A/C line) was on a manufacturer back order due to COVID, but the parts department was able to locate one for me at a dealership in another state and get it ASAP! Alyssa spear-headed my whole experience from our first phone call to setting up the service appointment, arranging a ride for me to work, keeping me updated throughout the day on the complicated service progression, arranging the drop-off of my vehicle at work when it was completed, and making sure that I was receiving the best customer service all along the way. This was such a great experience and my A/C works as well as it did when I first purchased the vehicle from this dealership back in 2015! I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here. Im looking to purchase new tires soon. I will also be purchasing my next vehicle from here as well. I feel like everyone I have encountered at this location has been straightforward, honest, and caring. Keep up the great work!

I couldnt be more impressed. My husband and I scheduled an appointment to see a 2021 Camaro about an hour before they closed. When we arrived, they already had the vehicle pulled up for us to look at it. About an hour and a half later, we were car owners! I couldnt believe how quick the process was. I work at a dealership myself, and I see customers having to wait 4-6 hours to buy a car (which is insane to me).Daniel Paul was our salesman, and he is very friendly and outgoing. He made our process go by super fast. I can tell he is very passionate for his job. All salesmen should be just like him! He has a great attitude and loves to help people. Sent 4 emails to 3 diffrent people, got 1 reply back and still was unable to answer my questions fully.If a sales rep answers with I dont know that shows a lack motivation and the leadership has failed that rep.These reps are the face of the dealership, and not being able to perform basic research on a vehicle is an awful way to conduct business.
