Well they used to have the best deals on phones as well as an employee who would do her best to help you in anyway. She no longer works there so my trips are less now. Phone specials are not what they used to be either but still cheaper than Verizon. 4 lines for $100 is better than 4 lines for $200+ anyday

They cant keep a steady staff and I know for sure they had great employees. One of the main reasons I will not do business with them. Plus unlimited is a lie.

This location employs lying & conniving people. Their lies will cost you money. Avoid this place if you value your hard earned money; because these people will cheat you out of it. This is nothing against the company (Cricket) they represent, its entirely about the representatives (employees) themselves. Ive already filed a complaint with BBB, and will be contacting corporate on the next business day.

Service plans are pretty good, but the customer service is severely lacking and if you are lucky enough to get a salesperson who does care, then there hands are bound with red tape. All sales on accessories lile cases or what not are final. If you relize after you pay for an accessory that its faulty, they wont take ot back and they wont replace it. We bought a swivel phone clip and when we tried to turn it, it broke instead of spinning. We had literally just walked out the door with it and were on the sidewalk out front. They said sorry all sale are final on accessories. A 32 gb sd card is about $29.00 at walmart you can find some cheaper, but at this cricket location they are a whopping $72.00. I bought two when I bought 2 new phones, cases and clips, one of which as I stated earlier broke outside as soon as I bought it. I didnt relize till I got in the truck how much they had charged me for the sd cards, they wouldnt take them back either.
