Clerk was rude. Had a bad attitude. Decided to go to WalMart instead. Gamestop is already a dying company, but this was the final nail in the coffin for me. Why have trade in policies then complain when customers use them? Avoid this location at all costs!

40 Minutes before closing, employee locked the doors to the store and put up a sign that read “ be back in fifteen minutes”. Did not return for another thirty minutes. Does not look like I’ll be returning too this location

Store is clean and organized but the selection is very small. Staff is judgemental and arrogant.

One of staff is very rude but if you dont care About that its very clean and well organized

Good friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable people. I went up there to take my xbox elite series 1 back for refund do to malfunction but come to find out that series 1 had been discontinued and series 2 was only available. I would of rated it 5 stars but I feel like they should have contacted me about series 1 being discontinued. I had to pay 80$ more even tho I had a 1 year warranty. This isnt gamestops fault its Microsoft but a little more communication and I would have gave 5 stars.

Dont support their corporate greed and shady business practice. They exist only to take advantage of a highly popular hobby and the people who play these games. Just stay away and support smaller, local owned video game stores

The young man that assisted me with my trade-ins today was a remarkable display of arrogance, unfriendliness, and complete disrespect. He called my items absolutely horrible before sorting (throwing) them around, and looking at me like he couldnt stand the fact I was alive and breathing. He told me 14 bucks, need ID after finishing with my ID, threw it on the counter at me while I had my arm out to receive it instead, pointed at the pad for me to sign. He finished by pushing the money and receipt in my hand, and offered no farewell.. people like this, shouldnt be in customer service.

Every time Ive gone in this GameStop, they have been helpful and fast. They answer questions on the phone. Theyre a good place to do business with for sure!

Its alright. Has good collectibles. They recently fired the entire staff and hired new ones. The new staff isnt as enjoyable as the last. This company is making bad decisions and its showing in the overall health of it.

Very knowledgeable and had the game and book that my child wanted, love Gamestop just wish they still did military/ veteran discounts like they used to.

Great place to get games except the trade in is a bunch bull.but I notice a certain person who works at the one in Talladega works at Sylacauga now there I hope they dont close it down because they close down the one in Talladega.

I found exactly what i was looking for and the guy working was very friendly and very helpful.

This GameStop has the friendliest employees of most that Ive been too. There is one individual who is very negative but in a forced comedic sense.

This location used to be amazing, lot of people there very knowledgeable about gaming, it’s good now.

A decent selection compared to other GameStop stores with a friendly and helpful staff who, in my experience, went above and beyond to help me.
