Michele fixed this little crack what was on my window on the driver side (no thanks to semi truck while they were doing construction work) he also cleaned my windows inside and out which wasnt a biggy for me but i am thankful for his survives.

Fast courteous service. I called and was told to come right over. They are skilled at their craft and experienced with working with insurance companies. Repair took less than an hour including the insurance approval, which they completely handled, and you can hardly see where the chip was. They were ready to replace the entire windshield if necessary. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal Service! Michael (the owner) made sure I knew the difference of repairing / sealing the rock chip on my windshield or replacing the whole windshield. He also helped me through the insurance process as well. The repair took less than 30 minutes and the chip is barely noticeable. My wife and I called Mike on a Sunday the first time we had a broken window. He provided quick and quality service at very reasonable prices. We have since used his business a number of other times for broken/cracked windshields and we tell anyone who needs auto glass repairs about him.

Called Sunday afternoon and was given an appointment at 9am on Monday. I came in and was helped right away by the technician. We came back to pick up my vehicle at 10:30am. The owner Michael was very helpful and had amazing customer service. Affordable as well. I would recommend to all!

They did great work. I had some rear auto glass break, on Memorial Day weekend. Not only was Best Auto Glass the only place that had the glass in-stock, and he kept the shop open to replace the glass. I waited a few weeks to write the review to make sure there were no problems. There are no leaks or other problems. He took the time to make sure all the glass was out of the frame and I havent noticed any rattles.Price is a little above average - but there are no problems and he stayed open on a holiday weekend.I would recommend Best Auto Glass.

I was in need of a quick repair of a large crack in my windshield. Being that I called on a weekend I didnt think I would be able to be seen until the following week. They went out of their way to squeeze me into their schedule and offered to be there the same day I called. They also offered to come out on Sunday or Monday if that didnt work for me.They came to my house (which was a considerable distance from their location) and quickly replaced my windshield. They were very polite and answered all of my questions. Their attention to detail was amazing. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond my expectations.

Very quick service. Mike did great work on my Audi windshield when it was cracked by a rock. I had him look at it one afternoon and he was able to have the glass at his shop the next morning. He only needed about 2 hours to get it all done. Would absolutely recommend him.

Took my car here to have my windshield replaced. I was very impressed that they were able to get me in the next day after my windshield was damaged. Safelite Auto Glass was four days out for appointments. Best Auto Glass took less than an hour to replace the windshield. The staff was friendly and professional. I was relying on all the positive reviews for Best Auto Glass in my expectations for a superior experience and that is exactly what I received! I have a 2001 Mercedes C320 and my glass replacement was handled with expertise, care and efficiency. The windshield has a light and rain sensor which required extra attention to detail both in procuring and installing the replacement. My cars interior color is java and the A-pillars and headliner are a very light beige color, I hesitated to go anywhere but a dealership, fearing the interior could be ruined with smeared adhesive. My concerns were unmerited as I found my interior surfaces spotless, cleaner than when Id arrived! I am not only pleased with my new windshield but learned some things about glass replacement from Michael and Jeremy in the process. They have superior skills, knowledge and the right tools to perform as true professionals. Customer service is very important to their business. I will call them with future needs and refer any friends to them without hesitation.

Locally owned and great service/pricing

My girlfriends car window was smashed on a rainy Sunday, this was the only shop to answer the phone and the owner was nice enough to meet me at the shop to let me store the car inside over night, for no extra cost. He also called the insurance company right away to expedite the process for in the morning. Got a phone call from him before noon the next day saying the car was done. He even vacuumed the broken glass out for us. Definitely recommend this place and will return if I ever need his services again!
