We went way out of our way to come here, and in 3 years of going to Biggby in many locations in 2 states, it was our worst experience ever. For starters, only a car or two at the drive up and no one in line ahead of us inside, but it took FOREVER for the 3 women working there to make 2 simple drinks. My mocha tasted like it had sour milk and so did my wife’s, plus they didn’t put the peppermint into my wife’s as requested. And, both were just lukewarm. Yuck! We had waited so long that we just left rather than complaining. We just won’t be back. Ever.

So, apparently 9 years ago I rated Biggby a 5. 9 years later and I am sad to say that I am changing my rating. It used to be my absolute favorite place to get coffee and meet with friends for a cup. The last couple of times Ive been to any Biggby, but especially this location, the staff has been so frazzled. My last visit I asked about a promo they had posted on the back of their register and the girl ringing me out said she had no idea about that promo. I asked if someone else did. She asked someone, a coworker walked up after a long pause, said they didnt either, and walked away from the poor girl without helping or getting anyone else to help her. She eventually got someone else to help her figure it out. When she went to make the drink I could hear her fretting over and asking what certain items she was putting in the drink were. 😭😓 The drink itself was not very good so Im guessing something got mixed up. Just not a good time. I was stressed over how stressed they were.

I love I can make it my way. A nice way to treat yourself to relax and enjoy.

I love Bigby coffee and drink it regularly, but the service at this one is WAY SLOW. Dont go here unless you have 20-30 extra minutes to wait for your coffee. This has happened to me many times at this location. I get that everyone is short staffed. But over 5 minutes without anything happening at the window for one or two cups of coffee? Seems super excessive Bigby. And now I dont have my coffee.

The breakfast bagels are delicious and great coffee.No one in here knows how to smile and gives the feeling they dont like working here.Been eating in here for several days, same servers and zero personality.Management needs to give some hospitality training.In Starbucks everyone always happy to see you and greats guests with a smile.

Probably the best coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life, everyone else in my family enjoyed it as well, the staff was very friendly, coffee was ready almost instantly, and they must’ve had over 500 different flavors of lattes! Would highly recommend!

Hi, I always come this Biggsby!All the girls that work here are so extremely kind. But one in particular girl who stands out with her bubbly personality is Clair (I hope I’m spelling that correctly.) She has the best customer service, makes the best Red Bull creme freeze for me every-time I’ve come here.I would highly recommend coming into this fine establishment and hope you keep hiring great workers like her!Thanks Clair!

Coffee drinks are always good. I did feel on this visit that my frozen mocha mocha was shorted slightly. But it was very tasty. People working there are very friendly and fun loving too. Even with a long line at the drive through service was quick.

The girl working tonight was extremely nice, and made me amazing drinks! She was alone but still managed to take care of everything in a timely manner! Management should give her a raise!

This spot has yet to let me down. Customer service is definitely on point.

I was willing to ignore the condescending attitude when I was ordering but I ordered a bagel sandwich and it didnt say it came with cream cheese and when I received it and tried to get a new one they wouldnt switch it out. I wish I could take my tip back. Cream cheese with cheddar sausage and egg, really?? So rude too!

NOT IMPRESSED!! I ordered a half coffee, half cappuccino this is how full my cup was once the foam was gone. There was literally just over half a cup of the actual drink... and it was luke warm at best. Not sure a stop here will ever be in my future again!

Workers are always friendly. The only thing I would change is to let us know what the total is before we get to the window. Not a huge deal unless you’re paying with cash and want to be prepared.

I love Biggby but on some occasions I get a drink that is bitter unfortunately today was one of those days. Service was good.

Had a honey lavender latte, because it sounded so unique. It was fantastic! Just the right amount of lavender flavor and anything sweetened with honey is a win in my book. I had my eye on a bag of Michigan Cherry coffee..... So interesting! Perhaps next time Im in the area Ill snag a bag. Quick and friendly service and an inviting atmosphere.

Been here many times, I like their coffee, its definitely worth the visit. Always a friendly face to greet you as you order, weather iced or hot, they can definitely serve you to the best of their ability.

I love Bigbys Coffee, their prices are reasonable, their staff has always been courteous, and the coffee is good. They are my go to when Im running errands and want a cup of coffee, weather it bt hot or iced.

My favorite local coffee chain. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Great flavored brews here if youre a black coffee drinker or want to buy beans!

Very friendly staff and a quiet place for meetings and getting work done. It is small, though, so it can be tricky to find a seat during peak times. It also has an outdoor area, but I rarely see anyone out there. No complaints about the food or beverages, always yummy!

Every other time I go get coffee they manage to screw it up. Never received anything back from the email I sent to Customer service.

Staff here are awesome and the quick service is always helpful in keeping me on time.

Espresso coffee was very good. Having never been there before, I felt like their prices were a little high. I found a place that is higher priced then Starbucks.

Better than Starbucks!

I typically love the BiggBy Franchise. But, every time I come to this one I am so disappointed in the taste, lack of customer service and the speed I receive the items. The Mocha Mocha (My absolute favorite!) taste like I just shoved mud in my mouth and the bagels are raw!I would take the extra drive to go around the corner to the Biggby on Monroe (it is super close) and it will be worth the five minute extra trip because service, food and drinks are phenomenal there!

As always with Biggby, the coffee is spot-on! I order a custom cold brew and I asked for too few pumps of the flavoring. Went back in and they fixed it with no problem and didnt charge me extra. Only reason I didnt give it five stars was the bathroom was nasty this time and no paper towels. Since this is the coffee shop we go to when traveling its critical that we have a potty break with all the kids! Its always hit or miss on the busy-ness of the shop (whether you have to wait a long time or not) but this time was a very reasonable wait.

Let me start by telling you - I am not really a fan of coffee so I dont know what I am doing when I try to order a drink at one of these fancy coffee shops. I received a birthday coupon in the mail from Biggby so I figured I would try something new! I didnt know there were so many choices when ordering hot chocolate. The barista guy was very helpful and patient with me since I was clueless about what to order and how to order it. I would definitely go back. The frozen mint hot chocolate is delicious!

This location is in Sylvania, Ohio. Coffee was tastey. It should be since its a coffee place. However my husband and I were disappointed with our bagels. Very little cream cheese. Missing ingredients. Luke warm. Will know to stick to my Maumee locations in the furure for bragels. Maumee locations 5 star service EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

I have a soft spot for their Carmel/hazelnut mochas. Sometimes the coffee tastes a bit burned but when its good its really good. Pricing is ridiculous but still on par with Starbucks etc.

Construction warning is posted, I could take the noise but the smell of turpentine or something similar was overwhelming. Im surprised that chemicals of that sort are used while the place is open

Coffee was good, donut holes were nasty. Even my 1 year old wouldnt eat them.

Outstanding customer service and a very welcoming atmosphere. Its a little rough around the edges, but after a visit or two from some professional cleaning and/or maintenance (rather than routine upkeep from the baristas), this place could really shine. One of my favorite Biggby locations, regardless.

This used to be my favorite Biggby because its at a good location, serving great coffee in a big, clean venue with very friendly employees AND it has a drive-thru! Sadly, this Biggby wont accept mobile coupons and ALL the others Ive frequented do accept them. Please make your coupons user-friendly.

I really enjoyed the chai charger and turkey havarti bagel. Katherine was very hepful, knowledgeable, and patient with this out-of-towner. Will definitely be back when visiting again.
