I have been customer with ready refresh for about 5 years now, recently there was a change in the price structure for Nestle 5-gallon bottles and it changed from $6.99 to $8.99 without any notice. I tried reach out on that to customer service and it wasnt possible, and then I wrote an email to the support; for which I got response after 5 days. The reason they said, they are increasing the amount was to provide better service to its customers. Well, I said- I dont want this service anymore if this is something like that; However, I did look into their website as a guest user, I do see the price is still at $6.99. They did introduce a new plan called Nestle premium plus and thats where it is charging $8.99. I did contact service Centre again to find out why is the price still at $6.99 on the website, they say it’s a Phase to phase implementation, and every customer will have that price going forward. Anyways, I wanted to discontinue the service, they offered me $5 discount as perk for next 3 deliveries. I asked them to cancel my subscription and they said, the scheduled date for my empty and cooler pick up is complete and there is a $50 refurbishing fee, or I could buy out the cooler for $149. I said this is a rental property, why should I even buy that or why should I even pay for any refurbishing fee. They also ask to refer to the terms and conditions in website. I still wonder what the point is if Im not behind this every single time, they will just charge me any amount from my pocket and what is the point for doing all these things!!!! this is a horrible service which is given by ready refresh. Thank you

What a terrible company, they changed there pricing on me after I agreed on a 4 bottle delivery price. They would honor what the salesperson told me at BJs. Getting them on the phone is almost impossible and even after I cancelled my subscription I couldnt get anyone to come pick up the dispenser and empty bottles.. good luck if you do business with this company you are going to need it!

ZERO stars!Says order is delivered and never is, or is at the wrong end of my building. This has happened so many times Ive lost count. The number you call claims they dont have direct contact with the drivers, which is ridiculous. They dont pick up empties and I have to call several times for them to come pick them up. Cancelling my order with them and I encourage you to find a reliable company, this company is not. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, they earned this one.

I started with them in 4/2020 and ordered 4 five gallon bottles. $42.27 I was charged. Now as of 8/2021 its up to $59.65 and just received a letter stating about 5 gallon bottle are going up AGAIN a dollar more.Now its funny how they market the price. IT WAS NEVER $13.99 a bottle to begin with. Sorry, but me catching that lie is going to make me shop somewhere else.

Ready refresh is a terrible company and I urge all people considering ordering water to stay away from this company. Their customer service is awful. They constantly change your delivery date without telling you and then dont give you a chance to put out your old bottles because THEY didnt come when they said they would. Personally, I live in a one bedroom apartment and this means bottles and bottles from then with no place to store them. When I moved in October, I transferred service to my new location after begging them to pick up my empty bottles. They kept delivering to my old address and charging me three months later out of no where. When they finally fixed the problem on the phone, it happened again the next month. After all of this they pushed my delivery date 4 times to months out to where I am now on the phone and canceling. Not worth the headache. Do not use them if you can.

I wish everyone would read these terrible reviews before starting doing business with ReadyRefresh - they are the ABSOLUTE WORST. We had been a customer since 2017, over that past 4 years at least six times we scheduled a delivery and they just dont show - then it is on me, the customer, to call, wait on hold for 35-45min each time to speak to a customer service associate who can never tell you why your order was not delivered, only tell you that they can reschedule it for 2 or 3 days later (whats the point of scheduling a delivery if its not going to show up when you need it?). This last time was the last straw, we placed a delivery order for this past Monday, 8/16/21 - it didnt show up - when I called, around 3pm, they said the ticket is still showing open, it should be delivered - so I have to wait until after 5pm to call back to let them know that it was officially not delivered - they tell me theyll reschedule for Wednesday (the earliest they can reschedule)... we get an email Wednesday morning saying our deliver is now coming Thursday... then Thursday morning we get an email our delivery is now coming Friday... we kept calling Customer Service (which is a joke), and they have no answers, no accountability... nothing... totally useless - we finally cancelled our account completely. Nothing they can do to bring us back - totally unreliable and ZERO accountability and ZERO communication from them regarding their mistakes and bad service.We just signed up with Instacart, placed an order for some 5 gallon water bottles - it was delivered within 1 hour this morning (WITHIN ONE HOUR!). Same price as ReadyRefresh - do yourself a favor and sign up for Instacart if you dont want the headache of dealing with a joke of a company like readyrefresh.

I have used this co. For 20 years for residential delivery. I have never had a problem. They do change delivery dates, but leave phone messages. I have 2 problems recently, they changed phone system which I hate and theyve raised their prices much to high to continue. So after 20 years, I will use a new co.

Consistently missed deliveries and claim to have made them. Missed deliveries by 2-3 weeks. If you seek reliable service, this is not the company to buy from.Update: If you’re able to get in touch with the right manager, she or he may be able to address the problem. After speaking with a number of folks, one manager gave me her direct line.Her input seems to have led to improved service from very bad to good enough.While it shouldn’t have taken a manager to fix such basic problems, I do appreciate the effort of that individual.

Do not use this company!!! Ready refresh is the most incompetent company I’ve ever had the displeasure to use. They for some reason can not get their act together. They are constantly over billing and over delivering water. I have better things to do during my day than to worry about a water delivery company. Even months after I discontinued service they keep billing me and I even had to call my bank to block payment... then they started to send me bills in the mail. Constantly have to call them to correct their billing! It’s ridiculous!!! I would rather drink water out of a puddle in the street then use them again.

This is the worst water delivery company. They constantly leave my office without water for weeks at a time. They give us false delivery dates and never show. Then when we call the customer service department we are put on hold for lengthy periods of time with very little or no resolution. They push our order off for days, forcing our staff to bring in their own water. Very disappointing.

I have had this service now for about 6 months. Every month I have to call about the delivery being late or the billing being wrong. I constantly get disconnected in fact just now after holding for 45 minutes I was disconnected. Although its convenient not to have to carry cases of water home I will be canceling this service. I have spoken with supervisors as well just seems they dont seem to care either. Its a shame this would have been very helpful.

The MOST unreliable company!! Rude delivery drivers!! I have been waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be here April 6th, it never showed up. I called customer service they are unable to tell you the reason why it was not delivered as their drivers are not held accountable for anything! So they reschedule the delivery for Monday the 12th. It is now Friday the 16th and the water still has not been delivered. This is not the first time it happened. We will be cancelling our services!!UPDATE:Have to laugh at this point. This company is a joke! Cancelled our account and find this delivered in front of our office the following day. A brand new cooler, just left there. No notice from delivery driver. Just dropped. It is truly amazing this company is still in business.

LIARS. THIEVES. UNPROFESSIONAL. Told us that they tried to delivery water on 3 separate occasions, but never came. We were all in the office and clearly would not have missed a delivery. They did nothing to fix the issues. Ultimately, we had to bring our business to another company due to their inability to schedule and fulfill their paying customer needs. DO NOT EMPLOY THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!!! Hands down this has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company in my life.I ordered 10 cases of water to be delivered on a Monday when my husband was home to help bring them in so they wouldnt sit in the sun. I am five months pregnant so this delivery time that I scheduled one week in advance was extremely important that it came on time as I cannot lift these cases of water myself. Of course I should have known better from the reviews of this company that my order would not arrive on scheduled day and instead came the day after when no one was there to bring them into the house. Therefore they sat in the 92 degree heat and sun for hours!!!! I was more than upset. There was no way I was going to be drinking these waters after the chemicals from the plastic have now been absorbed into the water. I immediately called the company and was assured my credit card was not charged yet and they could pick them up earliest Friday.It is now Tuesday, a week later! After 8 PAINFUL phone calls to the company my credit card was charged, the water was never picked up and just went I thought there was some hope and they were going to be picked up today, the driver told me it is policy that they do NOT pickup any full bottles due to Covid. Needless to say customer service NEVER told me this in any of my 8 conversations! My poor husband now has get rid of these himself as the driver told me to throw them in the dumpster. WHICH I COULD HAVE DONE LAST WEEK! My neighbors think we are insane for having these out in the sun and heat for so many days and the stress of this has been horrible for me. It is so DISGUSTING to do this to a pregnant woman when we are dealing with enough anxiety and stress already!!!!! This company should be shut down!! I never leave negative reviews for anyone as I know how hard it can be to run a business and dont need any company suffering because of my opinion but I am livid! BILLING FRAUD...Stay Away from Ready Refresh by Nestlé. Nothing but a scam. They will make unwanted deliveries even if you close your account. Then they wont send you invoice for it and two months later you get an invoice WITH LATE FEE, when you dispute that they wont resolve and send it to collection Agency. I wont mind paying for bottles they delivered even though the account was closed, but there is no way I am paying for Late Fees for deliveries, I did not ask to for. I am going to pick up water bottles myself from Costco or BJs going forward.

Worst company and customer service ever!! Over billing issues! Card payment issues with their system. I asked them to explain their antiquated system and the fact that 99.99 percent of the time all other companies and transaction are easy and painless. Over $100 in fees on cancelation..Just go to Costco! Good prices and service and best of all no need to deal with Ready to fail! 😂

Deliveries never come and I always get charged and they always say sorry, Ill set up a new delivery and then it never comes . Repetitive cycle. The customer service reps always say they dont have direct communication with the center. So annoying!! Hopefully I find a better company soon.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have a delivery service setup for my 89 year old mother. She relies on Poland Spring to provide all her drinking water as the tap water in her area is not adequate. Ready Refresh has failed to show up for deliveries going on 3 weeks now. I have spoken to customer service agents and multiple supervisors to no avail. She has no water and 15 empty bottles sitting by her entry waiting for pick up. Why I am paying for water delivery if I have to buy it at the market and bring it there myself. They are awful as is their customer service. I am looking for alternatives

Past 3 years customer service, delivery service, product service sharp declined poor damaged products, dirty products. Bill you for items not delivered, most unprofessionally dispute shortages and damges waiting all day for service exchange out they email date time and some one had to be home to except No show My Luck found 2 new places to order from and they are cheaper one Amazon prime free next day service products i order 4 and 5 dollars cheaper and just found a new delivery service in the hicksville area cheaper will let you know how it works out Dk

I have to say my delivery guy Barry, he is such a hard worker and always makes sure everything is correct. He is polite and courteous. I never have any issues. He takes my empties without any issues. He has extra water when I need. Im so glad I can depend on Ready Refresh and they hire such great drivers. Thank you!

Crooks, started charging me rent fees for a cooler they said was free with eater purchase. Kept raising the fees and never said a word to me about it.To top it off if you want to cancel you have to call and they charge $5 for any call you make to their customer service team........... How is this legal?

Zero stars if it were possible. Terrible delivery, less than mediocre customer service, except one time was pleasant in two years. Trying to cancel service, and I can either buy a two year old cooler for 130 bucks or return it to them for 50 bucks. Do yourselves a favor and stay away!

They can never get a delivery done on time. Everytime I schedule a delivery for a certain day the driver always seems to be unable to deliver due to a road blockage. This has happened for months on end. How could the roads possibly been blocked for months on end. Usually they deliver a day or two late, but at this point I cant trust them to deliver anything on time.

I am a NEW customer, I have received 1 successful delivery!! Water was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. I got an email and text saying my water was delivered - NO IT WASN’T - not to MY house. Someone got 100 dollars in free water! I called, they rescheduled for today, Thursday, NO DELIVERY AGAIN!!!! I had to call to ask where it is and now they tell me MONDAY!!! Are you serious? Why am I not the first one delivered Friday am? Appalling!! How are you still in business?

It would be nice if this company delivered on the day that you set up. They did not deliver my order, i waited all day. No email no text or call. I had to login to find out they switched my delivery for 4 days later, without contacting me to confirm. I called to inform them i would be away on the new delivery day, could they bring it one day before. They would not accommodate me, explaining that the trucks are already loaded up 3 days in advance??? Not a happy customer here. I ordered 3 times from them and they messed up twice. The previous time there was product missing. I has to call and correct that as well. Im sorry but i can not reccommend this company. Customer service sucks too.

Most of the time they are doing a fine job. But I am giving it a 2 stars for this reason:I am scheduled for every other month delivery. Last month they were not to show up at my door but they sent me a text the day of that they will be arriving. I quickly called and told them they delivered the previous month and they should not be delivering it and I wont be there. They told me they will not be delivering it at all and they will schedule it as planned.Guess what? Lo and behold they dropped off the water and charged me the money on my card. I come home 3 weeks later and its sitting on my front porch because no one brought it inside.Almost everybody in my neighborhood would think I was not home during that time because no one had taken it inside. When I called, they told me to leave it in the front and someone will pick it up in 10days! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I cancel my service with them 5 months ago. Today I saw 4 bottles at my doorstep. When check my emails I saw they reactivated my account for convenience. Now I have call them and set up a time for to pickup the bottles and hope there will be no charge for this scam. Unbelievable

I canceled my service and next month they still sent delivery I told the delivery guy to take bottles back because I canceled the service month ago he took it back and guess what they even charged me for the bottle I sent back I refuse to pay they sent it to Collection agency WOW if I didn’t pay my credit would go bad so they took free money from me never I will ever give them business anymore. They take you money, send you a delivery complete text message, only to find no water delivered. Ill call for an explanation but all theyll be able to do is reschedule a fee-waived delivery (obviously) in two day, only to see that delivery not make it neither.They used to be good, while they were run by Poland Springs. After Nestle came in, their operation is completely messed up and falls short on every imaginable aspect.The only problem is that even though Ive been actively searching for a replacement water delivery provider, there is no other option...Id give them 0-stars if I could.

Ive never seen such a disaster when a company renovated a website. I can begin to explain how horrible it is trying to manage delivery. Multiple addresses in state i have never even been to and forget about calling - wait times are never less than 20 minutes.

We live down stairs around back of the house. My husband has a broken back. He can’t carry the bottles down. They leave the water upstairs on my neighbors deck every month. I’ve called many times to complain. No one helps. I have to have my son drive 40 minutes to my house to carry the water down the steps. Terrible company.

Weve used them since 2015 and recently canceled their service. Heres why. Back in 2017, I noticed problems with the delivery. They said delivery was made but I did not receive the bottles. I called and they were able to replace the bottle with in a week! A week?!! Its their fault but they cant rectify the problem promptly. Last year, I noticed one of the bottle looked drench wet. It looks like the cap was busted. So, I asked for replacement and they were able to replace with in a week, again! *smh* I started to inspect the caps on every bottle moving forward, and I found another one this year. Ok, lets talk about billing. Around June of this year, I got a notice saying that theyll be raising their prices, so I called to ask for some sort of promotion, given the fact that Ive been a loyal customer for 4 years. They gave me 20% off for a year. That sounds great. However, on my July bill, they charged me for 5 bottles instead of my usual 4. I called to dispute, and they can only reimburse me on the next billing cycle, since the current already ended. So, I called in August, and still they didnt reimburse me, and demanded to speak with the manager. After speaking to 3 people, I was able to get a confirmation that my account with be fixed. Now, heres the kicker. In August, I noticed the water tasted bitter and it didnt taste right. I thought it might be my cooler. So I changed out the cooler and the problem seemingly went away. However, on my last bottle, the bitter taste came back. Now, I am convinced that there is something wrong with water, but I stupid me, I didnt act on it. September came along and they dropped my 20% for not reason. So, again, I had to call and challenge them, but I demand a credit immediately instead of waiting on the next billing cycle. By November, the bitter taste came back. I had family members over and everyone tasted the bitterness. So, I had it with this company and called to cancel everything. I spoke with quality assurance dept and they suspect the taste might be from the cleaning agent they used to clean those bottles. Ever since, Ive been buying the Poland Spring 1 gallon jug from local stores. The taste is so much better.

Its OK here. Staff are not very helpful when its your first time making a delivery here as a truck driving. For my truck drivers oak st is very tight coming down it so make sure you pay close attention. The docks didnt seem bad to back into. And they do not start unloading until 0830 so dont waste your time getting here earlier

The primary service is to deliver water. Routine move in dates of delivery with no customer satisfaction remedy. Home delivery service does not deliver defeats the benefit especially when you need to go out and get water to cover what Ready Fresh was to have delivered.

Your new website is terrible, it feels less-secure, and its not user friendly! The only reason I had to log on is because my delivery never showed up.In addition, the deliveryman took 6 bottles from my portch and only replaced it with 5. This kind of service is extremely unacceptable. Life is too complicated to have to deal with the short comings, poor service, and company changes from organizations like yours. Hire better managers.

This company has a bad tendency to randomly change dates, skip deliveries, and modify all aspects of your account. They’ve missed so many deliveries that I am actively looking for a new company. Water delivery companies come a dime a dozen. Sad that it got to this point. I’m assuming this company treats their customers all the same. Bad customer service with no phone call. In addition, they raise their prices. Not worth the time or energy.

Edit on August 17th. Im now on my third rescheduled date. This is a complete failure on their part. Spoke with a commercial business person earlier today who was getting a delivery from a ReadyRefresh truck right there in front of me. His quote, I have never had a problem with them. So apparently, commercial businesses have taken precedence over residential customers. The trucks are indeed out and about, just not delivering to all customers.Started out wonderful, but has been VERY unreliable the past 3 months. Continually cancelled and rescheduled EVERY delivery now. Am currently on my 2nd day of cancellation. My place of employment used ReadyRefresh and had the same problem and switched. Now I must look to do the same. Exactly what am I paying you for if you cant deliver on the dates you say you will? Apparently they have a shortage of drivers. Not our problem. They are about to have a shortage of customers.
