I accidentally put a dent in my brand new cargo van. Was really bummed about it. I had empire do paintless dent removal on it and results are great and the price was fair.So happy to have the dent gone! They were nice people as well. Got me in quick and turnaround time was excellent.

Fantastic work! I had custom art work done on my motorcycle tank and fenders. I asked for a color and then requested to get some detail added in. The shop asked a few questions about my taste and they went from there. I could not be happier with the result. Their design and artwork was amazing. What they put together was way better then anything I could have requested. My suggestion is if you want a 1 of a kind great design just give them free reign. I promise you that you will not be disappointed.

Had a few dings on a used Dodge Charger I recently purchased that I was looking to get fixed up. They did an absolutely fantastic job and you wouldnt even know that those dings ever existed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dent repair service.

This past Saturday I noticed a ding in the driver side fender on my Sorento.It must have happened sometime last Friday.I cursed for a few minutes and then regained my composer. I went on line and looked up paintless dent repairs. EMPIRE STATE HAIL COMPANY popped up. I had not heard of them. I watched a video on what the company does. Very impressive. I stopped by there on Monday afternoon and was Greeted By a gentleman named Dave.He asked was brought me in. Showed him the ding in the fender and he said, we can fix that dent.SUPER ! So I brought him to the back tailgate of the vehicle and showed him a scratch that I missed on the vehicle when I bought it a year ago. Dave took a look and said we can fix that as well. AWESOME ! He said when do you want to bring it in,I said can I drop it of Tueday evening,He said Absolutely. I picked my car up on Wednesday afternoon and my Sorento looks GREAT ! Went in to get my headlights re done!! Dave is a really pleasant guy to talk to who seems to know his stuff. Gave me recommendations on what would be better to do when it comes to keeping them nice and shiny. Work was done very nicely all in all. Service guys took care of my car as well. No joy rides, no unnecessary reving the engine on someone else’s car like some other shops do. Into the shop, complete work and parked again. I appreciate that. Only negative part was the lie I was told by the front assistant. She failed to call me when the service was completed. I called around 3 to see where we stand and was told “oh it just came out!” After I arrived I again asked when the job was completed. Again I was told, just came out! I could tell that was a lie because my car was cold. I checked time stamp on my dash cam just out of curiosity and sure enough, car was pulled out of the garage around 12. Assistant must have forgotten to call. Honesty would’ve been appreciated. I absolutely HATE getting lied to. I did bring up the fact that the car was not just pulled out. I had an appointment to get to that I cancelled. Other then that great experience!!
