I love this hair supply store they always have a large selection of hair and hair supplies readily available for reasonable prices and hair types. My family and I have all have different hair types ranging from silky straight to wavey and this is one of the only places that we can go to get everything in one place for all of us. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, we travel an hour to get to the store and we dont mind the trip AT ALL.

Dominique was great! It was my first time purchasing a wig & she was patient & very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions & made sure I had everything I needed. I was told by my coworkers that this store was the best place to go for my first time & they were right. I will definitely recommend BSW Beauty to others.

They refused to honor my store credit even though I brought in a store issued receipt that clearly says store credit.

Its a great store for ethnic hair care products. Great selection and better priced than major retail stores. They also sell some clothes, hats, jewelry and makeup. I mainly go here for hair products though!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. RACISTS. On top of that, they say theyre open till 7pm. They LIE. I drove all the way out 20 minutes to make it by 6:50 to exchange an item and they were closed. I saw the owner inside and knocked and showed him the item and he ignored me for 5 minutes straight. Im going to have a talk with him and wouldnt recommend. I reccomend African American owned beauty supply stores. This owner does not care about his costumers in the slightest he actually disliked majority due to majority being african american. Iv heard them make racists remarks under the breath on multiple occasions.

I dont ever really come omto the downtown location, but I was in the area. As I walked in, the owner and security were accusing a lady of stealing, trying to fight with her to get her bag. They shouldve reviewed their camera bc it turned out she DIDNT steal anything. I put my items back and walked out. They need a black owned beauty supply store in Syracuse, so black women and others dont have to spend our money with them!

Disgrace, called to ask a question about a product I purchased yesterday, the girl on the phone is talking to someone else while Im talking to her and then she hands the phone to the manager and before I could complete my sentence he hung up on me. Very good place to find a variety of hair products for natural hair and permed hair, They have nice wigs to, love the lace frontals they sell here for affordable prices, you can find some really good quality hair there, I always go here to get my kids the colorful beads and barrettes. They have a number of selections for hair dye colors as well.

Lots of hair selections. Just watch some floor folks will tell you one price just to buy it then you get to register and its another price and when you call tjem on it they act like they aint say it. So do your own price check.. Other than friendly and clean there.

I love this store, disappointed that they had NO baby dont be bald products and was told its not in high demand so they didnt order more in a while. Had to let them know it works last a long time so its not a product we have to buy 2x month

IF it has to do with HAIR, nails, ETC. This is THE PLACE to Go!! They have EVERYTHING, including CLIPPERS ( Barber Grade)

They have a lot of product there prices are way over priced for hair thats now even real human hair. They have a lot of African American women working there but ther only people walking around following you in the store are the people that have actually never wore weave. I can tell people go to this store not cause they want to but because its the only store in the area that has everything an African American need as far as hair supply. Surprisingly I felt very umcomfortable in this store I was followed around the store by an Asian man the whole time I was shopping. Which was very odd because he knew nothing about the hair.
