I came the other day to port my number from metro to cricket and they have the best costumer service and they explain everything i need to know. Ather and Omar are so polite and answer every question I had in a respectful way and also the store always smell nice and that’s a bounce. Highly recommend. They deserve that five stars :)

I was looking to purchase a new Android phone and was assisted by a representative named Midia. She was very professional and efficient. I couldnt remember my Google password to sync my acct to new phone and Midia patiently helped me to change it to complete set up of my new phone.

They didnt help me with anything had to call customer service, it was out their hands they said

Service is HORRIBLE. DONT GO GET YOUR SCREEN FIXED THEY WILL REPLACE WITH A DIM SCREEN. Very fraud or sly oriented location

I didnt like that they password lock the display phones. Both reps were busy and I had to interrupt to get the pin.

It is great good phone to have and use.
