I came in as my phone had finally died and I needed a new one. I was helped by Collin who was more than patient with me telling me the differences between the wide variety of phones. He also helped me narrow down the right phone for my needs. What I also really appreciated was that he set my new phone up for me and transferred all the info from my old phone to my new one. He also helped with the accessories that I needed. He seems like a really nice guy who knows his stuff. Oh, and he is also a fantastic artist. Check out the advertisement artwork he did at the back of the store. Awesome.I will definitely be back and can easily recommend this store to my friends and family.

Miada is by far the worst salesman/ person I have ever have the displeasure of dealing with. Very rude hostile. And is very inaccurate when it comes to dealing with phones and customer service. She completely screwed my upgrades up. I had to wait a while for her co-worker to finish with another customer to fix my account and phone. Then she proceeded to cuss me out in Spanish thinking I didnt know Spanish.. and to top it off they where playing very inappropriate music in the store with children in there. Ever other word was a swear word or talking about sex..

Honestly there is no point in choosing a big name carrier. I’ve had Cricket for a year now. I’ve never been hit with a hidden fee, I receive automatic alerts when I am nearing the 5GB data cap I pay for, and the reception isn’t bad at all. They use Sprint towers. $35 a month compared to how many years I blew money on hidden fees and expenses with Sprint and AT&T is a godsend. The staff are very friendly too.

Great service. Very friendly, went in with an issue today in regards to my bill for the month, initially representative didnt understand what i was saying for the first 10 minutes, but then they understood it after looking at my account. Within 30-40 minutes, after he chatted online with a representative, they were able to rectify the issue. The extra amount that shouldnt be getting charged should be getting credited back in the next 5-7 business days. Wish it could be sooner, but ill take it.
