Today i purchased an iPhone at the T-Mobile store and ported my number from verizon. The port didn’t go smoothly. I contacted the store and spoke with Carmen -awesome manager-my number was ported in minutes after he got some basic information. If you want sales help and customer support like no other make sure you check out the folks at this T-Mobile location!
They took the time to help me out for 2 hours. It was the best service I have ever experienced and I felt safe the whole time. Shane Ty Bryan and Nori are the best. I recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely love T-Mobile. You can tell that they actually care about their customers and my service has proven to be unbeatable. Prices are cheaper than both Verizon and AT&T for hardware and service and still manage to have a faster network. I highly recommend T-Mobile.

Every time I end up going to this place theres always something negative! Beside waiting for a long period which is not something new, this time this new employee was embarrassed in front of another employee because she couldn’t calculate her numbers right of what I was going to be paying for adding a additional line. The new employee was so confused that she didn’t know what she was explaining to me. The only reason I went there is because I check online and they said the had on stock. Which I definitely regret it going there. I’m seriously thinking of changing this company because there’s always something new with them specially going on DESTINY USA TMOBILE!!
Worst T-Mobile customer service (Nick Francis, Tracy Dixon)I have ever had. Nick will tell you I’ll be back I just have to check in computer and will leave and you will have to wait for hours for someone already home HAHAHAH DUDE REALLY? The other one if you ever heard a customer service swear well you will see it here in this location and won’t help!!I don’t know how the manager put these workers up front to represent T-Mobile what a shame.
The too bad customer service teamThe first thing they lie to the customer. I switch to t mobile last month to get the promotion of 750$ whine I tried my Samsung s9+, and this is the second month I still didnt get anything of this promotion.The second thing it is too bad customer service team. Today I was there to solve my problem on the sam promotion (why I didnt get my money the 750$). I was talking with ((Nick Francis)) about my issue. Then he tall me to Wait for him, because he wants to check on the computer on the backroom. I wait for him for almost 55 minutes then I asked has a friend (( Ryan stetson )) about Nick Francis. The shock when Ryan stetson said (Nick Francis) left from the back door, and he never told me anything or told has team to take care of me. he just makes me spend my time about nothing.the third thing people never goes to any one of these customer services (( 1.Nick Francis 2.Nick Francis. 3. Nick Francis 4. Tracy Dixon )) because they do not know anything. they just spend your time

The staff in here is super resourceful. They are Willing and happy to help. Very different from my T-Mobile experiences in other stores.

The store is neat and tidy. Adam went above and beyond to get mine and my girlfriends phones ported in from other carriers.
Through T-Mobile, purchased a new phone in November; gave husband old Apple iPhone. Two different numbers, two different phones, two different sim cards. His calls are showing up on my phone, and mine on his, and apparently texts as well. This should have been all straightened out at the store when we went there the first time. They really dont seem to know what they are doing. Very dissatisfied customer.
Adam and Amanda at this location are wonderful...As far as tmobile is concerned never try to get anything done over the phone..Tmobile corporate is the worst ive ever dealt with...But Adam and Amanda at syracuse location...AWESOME

Been here almost hour and a half, wait was only a half HR. Only here to pick up a Sim card, so because theres no commission for the workers, so slow service for the online customers coming in for online purchases. T-Mobile Destiny USA sucks
