They did a wonderful job repairing the big hole in my car. It took 4 weeks to complete because of the replacement door. I would recommend this shop to my friends.

So far I would give them 5 stars they are very caring people. This is especially nice when dealing with a situation like our we have only had the car 4 month and some one hit and ran just outside our house. They have been amazing Ill post picture of the after work they are doing but here are the before pics and of their office. I will update with pictures and a follow up on service.

Went in for an estimate and never received it. Called and asked for them to send over the estimate via email. Still nothing. Just trying to pay someone to repair my truck and cant even get them to respond with an estimate.. smdh

I was rear-ended on I-5 and needed my truck fixed. Chose Service King and wasnt disappointed at all! Getting in quick, check! Rental car pick up & drop off easy, check! Made my truck look as if it was never hit, check! Very professional, good workmanship and they want you satisfied.. I would refer this shop! Side note, I have a newer truck and I take care of it but I do realize that they fix what is needed not the whole truck. What I mean is some people have unreasonable expectations from body shops, be nice to them, they didnt wreck your vehicle! If you drive a Bugatti, complain if its not perfect but that self proclaimed classic Yugo you drive, well thats on you!!

Best experience I have ever had with a body shop for that matter with any automotive repair service highly recommend them would use them any time again but hope I wont need them.

Staff was very nice and thorough in explaining what they did to repair my sisters vehicle. They did a great job on the repairs too.

If you have the misfortune of needing g collision damage repaired, I recommend this chain. I had an estimate done in Park City Utah and then drove home for the actual repairs. Both Service Kings were very helpful & professional in their service. The Tacoma shop did the repair in a timely manner, did a beautiful job, and conducted the process in a manner that showed the customer (me) that they took pride in thier work & service. I believe the Park City shop would have behaved in the same manner judging by the care they took of me so far away from home.

Buff job done by Service King. Beware of their work. I had a small scratch in the clear coat (less than 12in.) @the bottom of the 2doors& this is what the ENTIRE side of my car looks like now; it even runs across the top of the frame. They still haven’t corrected their bad buff job. When asked if they know who had done this to my car they shrugged their shoulders and were completely clueless. After getting inside the car I had noticed that they had also scratched the leather on my steering wheel. I mentioned it to the Advisor and he said it was wear. I showed him the pictures I had taken of the car inside and out the morning I dropped my car off for the repair(no scratches) He again shrugged his shoulders like it wasn’t a big deal. There are so many other frustrating details about this experience. It took weeks just get a response back on the terrible job. Left messages for the Main Manager, only to get a call back from my original service advisor. And needless to say my car STILL looks like this. They have yet to resolve their POOR REPAIRS. I’ve had to bring my car back 3 times and this is the end result.This whole experience has been a NIGHTMARE.

Did a phenomenal job on our vehicle. Kept us informed throughout and provided pickup from the local rental car. Great work. We had hail damage and not a spot remained.
