I was a few minutes late to my appointment, but Brandon and the service technician made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. BMW Northwest is a first class operation, from the nice lounge area to (free!) snacks to the greeting area when you pull your car in for servicing. Rich has been my customer service rep each time and he is outstanding - professional, friendly, responsive and efficient. Not ready to trade in my car just yet, but when I do I will buy my new BMW from BMW Northwest.
It was a pleasure to have Elizabeth as my service advisor for the first time. Very easy to work with. Previously service advisors have talked down to me. I liked the inspection video of my vehicle.
Jeff Stanford at BMW Northwest was our service advisor. We brought our X3 in for recall items, brakes and oil change. Jeff is awesome, complete professional and he listens. We received a video from the mechanic showing every detail of our vehicle top to bottom, literally.Jeff contacted us to go over each item and develop of plan of action. We highly recommend BMW Northwest and if possible I will request Jeff Stanford next time. He was direct and even though we spent almost $3k this time he found ways to save us a little money.The only issue, our loaner car was a Honda 😂 I was hoping for a brand new BMW loaner. The Honda was very nice though. Clean and ran well but nothing like a BMW. Audio system was not what I’m use to. Overall the experience was a 9 out of 10.
Ive worked with Richard Knoll in the service department since about 2014 and he has always hands down provided me with the most phenomenal service. He has made sure that I understood the services that were needed and upcoming to ensure I maintain my vehicle in the best condition. I truly appreciate him and all he does. I would also like to add that BMW services has a great (new to me) technology where they send you a video to view of your vehicle being serviced with a tech explaining what theyre looking at. I was very impressed with Bram and appreciate this ability.
Service is always excellent. I was greeted with a nice smile by Victor. Brandon is very professional. He discussed what needs to be done in detail and the price. Sending me text and email to let me know when my vehicle will be ready is big help for me especially I have a very busy schedule. I drove up on a Friday evening, looked a bit disheveled with pretty wild curly hair from the wind. I had only worked with Trevor over text, just to see a car. He was really easy going, tossed us the keys and we were off on his recommended drive circuit. He did give us a small blurb about how they do business, like many sales folks do. But, he actually followed thru on every point. We bought the car, had an easy sit down while the paperwork was being done, and promptly sent on our way.I hate buying cars.I think we joked around more than negotiated a car purchase. And thats just because the paperwork and quick detail and gas fill up needed to be done. I paid less than a fair price, cars perfect, and we couldnt be happier.

Took our 435i after a different mechanic jacked up the passenger seat. They were very fair and always kept us updated, I guess you get what you pay for when other people who dont actually know how to work on a BMW try to fix it. Weve had a truly wonderful experience learning about and purchasing our Mini Cooper at BMW Northwest. Mike Eastey is a great advisor, knowledgeable and passionate about Mini, he listens to you attentively, answers your questions patiently, explains all details thoroughly, offering his help before, during, and after the purchase. I have been to the 3 BMW dealers in my area, Seattle and environs, and find that I am always treated fairly by the dealer farthest from my home. They always respond to my requests in locating a particular car and start off with reasonable pricing. They work on line or in person and don’t care how you access them. Service is competent and reasonable (for BMW standards). When we buy BMW we go to Northwest. Kevin is our sales person of choice but the ownership sets the standards.
I have had nothing but excellent service from BMW Northwest! Our regular dealership is Crevier BMW in Orange County, CA, but we bring the X5 up for summer annually. Top offs on oil? No problem. Add a trailer hitch for towing? No problem! loaner provided and excellent service. Demonstrated the hitch without asking. Good communication from Austin the entire time and the whole team seems customer focused and seem to communicate well with each other. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Have been here several times and always happy with my experience. People are nice, professional and provide all the details I want to know. Brandon, and the others in the past (I forgot their names) were all nice. The way they approach the problems and the suggestions they provide makes me believe they want to stay helpful and not to just sell. Pricing is reasonable compared to the others that I visited previously. I live far away but would rather come here for the services for my car.

The entire sales process was extremely efficient. We custom ordered our vehicle, and our salesrep Rick was great about frequent communication while we waited for the build to finish. When we showed up to take delivery, Rick and the rest of the team were great about spending time showing us all the details on how to operate all the bells and whistles available on our Hybrid X5. We typically replace our vehicles every 4 years...BMW Northwest will definitely get our business again!
I was on a cross country road trip when my vehicle would not start reliably. Shane got me in and with my circumstances worked promptly with me to get what work was a priority performed as quickly as he could. Shane also went over with me the other work that should be performed or prepared for thoroughly. If you ever are looking to try out another dealership or service center because you feel like the one you are currently at is giving low quality service or being pushy about repairs I would recommend North West BMW as a well needed upgrade. I unfortunately do not live nearby or they would have my continued service. 7/5 stars if that was an option.

Bmw northwest is an excellent dealership. I took my car in after hitting a battery someone lost in front of me. It lodged under my car and did damage. Shane is a very good service rep and took care of everything to get my car fixed.

Great work and support! We were notified that repairs were completed a day earlier than expected. But it was 108 degrees outside that day and we would have to shuttle multiple vehicles to return the loaner early. (We were at a hotel, loaner was at our home garage and of course the serviced vehicle was at the dealership). BMW agreed we could keep the loaner, without the late fee, until the next day as originally planned. Thanks so much. Oh, and the car looks and runs great!

Great team found my car issues after not using for long time and battery was dead and lights wouldnt work.. They were able to find issue and that was under extended bmw warranty didnt know about saving money. Went way beyond.. Loved the video walk over under car

Very good experience getting my car serviced for a recall. I had them look at a MIL light on my dash. They found and fixed that and did a safety review on the car and sent me a short video on what they did and found.Rich the service manager kept me informed while I was waiting, both with text messages and face to face. They have a comfortable waiting area with snacks and drinks.My only complaint is that they send too many reminders of the upcoming appointment. Two or three would suffice, any more than that is annoying.
Amazing facility, staff and service. Always friendly and ready to take care of every need. The service department is thorough about letting me know of any major and minor issues. The ladies at the Genius Bar are amazing as well, Annie was able to answer my questions quickly, I always learn new things about my car hanging out with her for a few minutes. Snack bar always has coffee, tea and goodies on deck. Owner is a cool dude as well. Highly recommend!
I’m pretty neurotic about my vehicles. Shane at BMW Northwest relieved those fears. Nothing but the best. Easy to schedule, easy to drop off, and easy to pick up. They even got me a Lyft to and from work. What? I know right! Also, my car got rear ended last week, so they worked to ease the financial pain of these necessary repairs, so I can get my my bumper fixed. This is the only place my bimmer will go for service. From drop off to pick up, the service was friendly & fast. The BMW team ensured safe overnight storage of my car, sent me a quick “getting started, any questions” message in the morning, consistent check in messages from Liz, efficient, fast repair with super positive & detailed video tour all courtesy of Steve, and an easy checkout that ended with a kind, non intrusive accompaniment to my clean/vacuumed car😊 my only criticism is, because I left my car for a recall repair that only took a couple hours, they would not provide me with a loaner for work 👎🏼

Morgan Theaters Is personable, professional, helpful, and friendly. He made purchasing a vehicle at BMW north west easy. There was no pressure which made it easier to consider our options without stress. We knew exactly what we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. As far as I can tell all of the vehicles on their lot are above the standards of most car lots I have visited in the past month.I was satisfied for the most part with one exception. I wasn’t interested in sitting in the office all day so my first offer was very reasonable. $430 below asking price. I wasn’t expecting a counter offer but the sales manager asked for $200 more, ($10k.)I didn’t want to be as petty or greedy So I agreed.So If you’re looking for good sales experience, a great car Inventory, a professional staff, and “a sliver of a deal...”

It felt like friend was just showing me his favorite toys! Didn’t have much time because I was relocating from AZ back to WA so I did everything online and it has been the easiest car purchase ever! Jimmy was awesome and was very personable, didn’t try to push me to buy anything. He was also very responsive and answered a lot of my questions quickly via email.Since we did everything online, I literally just walked in, signed my papers, they provided a little quick course on the car features for me and connected my phone to it then I was out in probably an hour. Helpful on the phone in being able to order tiny but important parts for my vintage BMW. Arrived and didnt feel especially welcomed but everyone has an off day. Hard to be cheerful wearing a COVID mask, after all.Anyway, also got a nifty license ate from for my modern BMW. Very happy with the purchases, speedy service. After talking with the service manager. I never received the specific worksheet for my front end alignment he promised. I simply dont know if they did the four wheel alignment or not. Really disappointed in that. But they did a nice job replacing my fan motor. It works!!!
Dave Quinn has been the best service advisor Ive had so far and Ive had four of them. I told Dave I wanted my car in Tip-Top shape and he provided that service undoubtedly. Dave listened to my concerns about my 2012 - 1 series and kept the me informed along the way. We were talking so much I almost considered him as one of my friends! To David Quinn and his crew, BMW Fife is the best!
