Most amazing shop. They always give me fair pricing and have amazing customer service. Even the shop guys are super nice, not your typical shop at all. Diana ( Desk person ) is the most cheerful, bright personality that I live for seeing every time I bring my cars in here. The oil changes are the cheapest in town and they are always honest if maintenance is needed. I wont take my cars anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

FINALLY!!!!! An auto shop that doesn’t rip you off!!!!I am so happy I took my van in for a tensioner replacement to this shop. I left it overnight the day before and they called me up the next morning at 9:30a and told me it was done! I was expecting the usual, “we have to replace something else, too so your price will be a couple hundred dollars more”!A big thank you to Diana, who was straight-up honest with me and very friendly, and to Dan, for repairing my van in record time!I will definitely be returning to this shop and highly recommend Advanced Auto Care to everyone!

I have brought my cars here from getting an oil change to something more serious and they have always been courteous, welcoming and honest. They dont rob you blind on charges either. They are good people very down to earth. I will always come here for all my automotive needs. I recommend them too all my friends and family and even a complete stranger in a grocery store. Foolish to go anywhere else.

I called the 4 closest mechanics to my house with the best reviews to get prices.. They beat everyone else by $100-200. They replaced my clutch and front drivers side wheel baring. They were awesome. Im assuming it was the owner at the front desk that I dealt with, she was super sweet and explained things to me really well. They got my car in on short notice and had it done in 2 days. Id absolutely recommend them and will definitely go back.

We needed a quick inspection of a used vehicle we were looking to purchase. After an initial drive and quick look we got the call from the mechanic that there were a lot of obvious (and very expensive) issues with the truck. Rather than waste our money, they offered to let us pick up the vehicle and charged us nothing for their time. Thats amazing customer service.

Very friendly and helpful, they do not try to upsell you useless items. Received all my belts and pullys replaced at a fair price. They even fixed a leak free of charge since it was just a gasket and they had to take the part off anyways.

Top notch work done quickly. Diana and Dan are extremely personable and friendly. If you don’t go here, you should start!

Took our Tahoe in for a diagnosis ... 4 wheel drive quit working. Was told I needed a new transfer case. Unfortunately the diagnosis was incorrect....All it needed was a encoder motor. Ended up costing me alot of money for nothing. Will take my vehicles to the Chevy dealer from now on.

Yester day I took my truck into advanced auto. It was the best experiance I have ever had. Everyone there was extremely helpful and polite. The owners looked at my vehicle and fixed the issue. They didnt over charge for parts or labor. They replaced half of the engine cooling system in two and a half hours. All in all for parts and labor I paid under $500. If you are in the tacoma/fort lewis area this is the place to go for your vehicle repairs. They are up front and honest. Before I took my truck to them I took it to the dodge dealership and a few other places. All of them tried telling me that there was more wrong and would cost me more than $1000 in parts. I told this to the owners at advanced auto. They came back after looking at my truck and told me that most of the parts that the other shops wanted to replace were working just fine. They are a great, friendly place to go for auto repairs.
