The guy that runs this place is great! Very knowledgeable and fair. As a female I find that most mechanics try to take advantage of woman and overcharge us for things we dont need. This guy very thouroughly explained all the issues with my vehicle and which things need attention and which could wait. His prices were great. I will use this place from now on

Always quick to find the problem, affordable GOOD work, honest about cost vs. value when it comes to junkers like mine, and he walks me through what he did every time, showing me old parts and where the work was performed. I trust him immensely to tell me straight up whats going on, and hes always patient with my questions and concerns. Hes saved me many times from shops that overcharge/suggest work that isnt needed. Bring your cars here youll never want another mechanic, the most slept on shop in Tacoma I feel.

I have always wanted to know somewhere I could take my vehicle or vehicles to be worked on and repaired. The things I looked for were honesty and dependable work and repairs, well that is what this place gave and more. I didnt even have my car repaired here and I can tell you that Gary is such an honest and kind man. Never met the guy but I had my car towed there and he looked at it, decided the problem was one for the dealership, and then let me leave it there overnight until I could have it towed the next day! No charge. Thank you so much Gary, single moms like me appreciate honest mechanics like you!
