I gave 3 stars but changing to 5, I gave 3 stars before because the delivery company they use was unprofessional and set up the appointment but the day of the delivery had no contact with me, I texted and called no answer, just wanted a simple yes were coming, or a time frame but they knew mattress was delivered by 12pm to the store so after hours past 12pm the company delivery giant still had no contact with me, my family ended up going to get the mattress, but I was upset because when I bought my mattress I asked for delivery and they referred me to a third party company delivery giant, it is not mattress ranch fault that the delivery company ignored me the day of the delivery, mattress ranch did call me and apologize and all I wanted is mattress ranch to be aware of the delivery company that they work with, that they Should get a account with a different delivery company! So therefore I’m changing my rate from a 3 to a 5 because the mattress was great and a great price and I believe mattress ranch will find a good delivery service so this doesn’t happen to another mattress buyer at this location!

Really great experience. If you want to buy a mattress and feel a sense of peace at the end of the process, then you should come here. Youre not going to be pressured into anything, theres no pushing you to spend more, or a sense that youre dealing with someone dishonest.I bought a twin sized mattress for my little boy. I went in, had a great conversation with Art, got my questions answered, and made my purchase. The first time in a long time that Ive made a big purchase and felt such peace of mind.p.s. They also have a great 3-day return policy. You can sleep on the mattress for 3 days and if you dont like it, you can return it for a full refund.

We purchased a queen bed set and the staff was very nice. However, one week later we realized the mattress was too soft for our comfort. We called and asked if we could upgrade the mattress- fully willing to pay a price difference. We were told after 3 days they will not exchange - disappointing and poor customer support. I will never go back and will tell others our story.

I had never been to a mattress store before, and I have to say this was a pretty positive experience. The man we purchased the mattress from was honest and helpful and did not try to upsell us things we didnt need. When we asked if the box springs were necessary, he gave us an honest answer and a great solution. The only thing he tried to add on to the purchase was a mattress cover. Had I not already have one, I would have bought it since I agree with him, its a good thing to have. When I said no I didnt want it, he left if at that and sold me exactly what I needed.

Couldnt of made it easier Dan. Was very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. (I had alot) The snap, finance was confusing but Dan made it easy to understand after I got all my questions done. Got my bed the same day. And its nice!

I was a very indecisive customer who had to come back and do an exchange, and Carry was very patient and helpful! You can tell she really cares about making sure that customers have a good experience at her store. I highly recommend shopping here.

I got great service but I was a little frustrated when the gentleman didnt explain to me that the delivery is not included and I told him when I walked in there that I had a certain amount of money including delivery and he did obviously didnt listen but we did get a great mattress
