My boyfriend purchased an amazing car from this place today. Stephen was an absolute peach when it come to answering all of our questions and showing us multiple cars and helping us compare each one to find what fits what we are looking for. This is actually my second car from this company and I couldn’t be happier!

I have not had a good experience at Maxx Auto.I purchased a vehicle there about two and half weeks ago and have nothing but a headache ever since. I understand the risks of buying used vehicles, but there is supposed to be full disclosure when selling used vehicles. The listing was not at all accurate to the condition of the vehicle, which should’ve been my first red flag. I worked with a young man named Keshawn, who was polite at the time, but now seems he was just trying to make a sale. He definitely was not honest about all of the existing issues on the vehicle, even though I clearly asked multiple times. I asked to know the full history of the vehicle and existing issues so I knew what to fix and be aware of. After a seemingly good test drive and what I thought was an accurate run down of the car, I paid for the vehicle in full. The day after I had it home, I went to go run errands and my entire cabin was filled with water. The sun roof was leaking to the point that the dome lights had been waterlogged and was dangling from the ceiling. The 4WD feature of the vehicle also mysteriously stopped working after the first day as well as the operation to open the sun roof at all. The dealership said they would put it in a shop that they worked with to resolve these issues. After having my car for over a week, neither the sunroof or 4WD operation is fixed. The shop did however find other issues that were safety problems and said there might be more extensive internal damage. They said they are waiting for parts and have a temporary fix but will need it back in a week. Maxx Auto also has been horrible at returning calls or keeping me in the loop on repairs. I understand having a dissatisfied customer is sometimes awkward, but to have no communication has only made me more upset. The best part is when I went to go pick up the car from the dealership after getting work done, it was on empty, even though I had left it with over a half a tank of gas. I have been thoroughly disappointed from my experience here, especially after paying all cash for the vehicle. They have basically had all my money and my car in the shop, and it will need to go back in next week with fingers crossed nothing more is wrong with it. Buying vehicles new or used is always stressful for this exact reason. Dishonesty and people only interested in making money. Be cautious when buying from this dealership. I will update the review if all the issues are hopefully resolved on the vehicle in the coming weeks.

I called in regard to one car, but ended up with our new beauty. This was my daughters first car buying experience, and Stephan Torres was friendly, helpful and had no problems with my scattered nature and many curiosities as I looked at tires, engines and trunk space. We left with an acceptable financing deal and a beautiful Nissan Altima. Thank you, Stephan. And your finance officer as well. I wont attempt to butcher his name here. But I hope his daughter enjoyed the Sounders game! 😄

READ BEFORE SHOPPING HERE!!!I had an awesome experience buying a car from Stephan. I’ve boughten 4 vehicles from dealers and this was the easiest by far! They also gave me an awesome deal on a 2020 Dodge Durango along with a good trade in value for my 2018 Dodge Charger. I would recommend them to all my family and friends! Make sure you ask for STEPHAN! He is the man!Update: I wish I could re-rate to 0 stars. After a google search of the vin number I find out this was involved in a collision. The Carfax said it had no accident history. This vehicle was bought at auction damaged and later fixed. It’s funny that this damage was not reported on the Carfax. Lesson learned, don’t trust Carfax and don’t trust Max auto Plus Tacoma. I thought this dealership was different but they are just like any other money hunger dealership. Don’t do business here and take your hard earned money else where.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING FROM HERE!!!It’s been a few months now, but my wife and I purchased an Acura from them April 5th 2021 from them and April 20th when I was gone for military training my wife and 2 young children were stuck without a vehicle, the whole transmission had to be replaced costing us thousands. Before we made this decision we had the Acura looked at by 3 different mechanics between 2 different local trusted auto shops. My wife had a major hassle with the dealership and their rudeness. They do not care for their customers what so ever and were not the slightest help. She asked to speak to management multiple times but they kept hiding behind their sales reps. The manager finally called her AFTER she left a bad review before and the only thing they offered was IF my wife took her bad review down they would tow the car at their expense but we would still be responsible for the cost of fixing it. We didn’t see the point of delaying even more time of getting it fixed and being carless just to have it towed for them and risk them telling us the same thing and getting more money from us. Military and young families be very wary, I would advise bringing a mechanic if you choose to shop here to evaluate the car & avoid their no dealer warranty cars. I came back to edit after seeing the dealers response to make our situation we faced more clear and to provide dates of everything that happened

*****Very misleading with car fax****** Cars are priced pretty high. They have no room for negotiations. Not even in the slightest. Even if you’re looking at a car that you feel should justifiably be priced lower due to flaws whether it’s been in an accident, or you find any discrepancies. Also, make sure you a get a good sales rep, the rep I dealt with named Stephan, was very misleading in the sale. didn’t show the car fax’s until after we talk about the price. The price was first thing discussed during the interaction. When I asked about the car fax’s, rep said we will get to that in a sec. I was apparently shown car fax’s after agreeing on the price, that I didn’t know I agreed to being as I hadn’t seen the car fax’s up until that point. Car fax report did show moderate accident damage. I asked the sale rep if the price could be adjusted based off of that fact. Stephan, the rep stated we already signed off on the price. Implying the price was confirmed on the original price prior to him showing the car fax’s. This was failure on his part to display those car fax’s prior to discussing pricing. And when I asked to see the car fax’s earlier during the interaction, Stephan kept stating we will talk about car fax in a second. But he completely skipped over it. Until he confirmed the pricing with the manager. I tired to negotiate, no wiggle room. They did give decent trade in value for the car I traded in. Although Very misleading with the car fax’s. But all I all, just be careful with these guys. High Prices Could be with them being new dealership, as I went to the one in parkland, non of the cars have there pricing on the actual cars other then the MSRP or the highest suggested price and it will most like be in small print on a paper on the window, if at all. Although I’m am happy with car purchases despite the price. I got a Reliable car brand, I skipped out on the warranty due to misleading sale. Only other thing that made the price of the car worth it other then trade in. **** Consumers - Just know your walking in the door paying a bit above retail price for the vehicles. Based off the lack of Integrity and transparency during my purchasing experience, I cannot in good faith recommended this dealership. We came in to buy a specific vehicle that we saw online. An 8 seater suv-hard to come by at excellent pricing by the way. We came in, saw the vehicle, test drove the vehicle, and got down to work with financing. Came in at 4:30pm, and were approved within an hour and a half. We chose to use our current lender-which they work with. (Yay!) And We love it! We were out the door with our “brand new-used” suv. Thank you for working with us Troy and Shawn/Sean!
