First of all I want to thank you to the financial manager, when I got there I was nervous because is really hard to trust dealerships, but this guy helped me to understand and he was really transparent about how much and what I was paying for, this guys are great and willing to help you. The truck I got is amazing, something I been dreaming for a while, and the dealerships is really flexible when your credit is not that good, I highly recommend Vista Auto Sales. If You are trying to buy a car, come talk to this guys
As a buyer who approaches big purchases with relative skepticism, I found this experience to be very rewarding, and very mutual, rather than one-sided. I hope to do business in the future.
Purchased a 2016 Mazda X5 Miata Club from this dealership. Kevin was very easy to work with, very responsive and friendly before and during the sale. Prior to purchase I had asked that the AC be fixed as it wasnt working. He agreed to take it to a mechanic and the outcome was that it needed some Freon which was added and all was fine. Unfortunately the shot of Freon lasted exactly a week. My bad for not asking for the service receipt from the mechanic... I will be asking for that information and if I receive a response I will update this review. I found a puddle of water behind my seat and received no response from Kevin at all about that. However I believe I solved the issue myself. Love the car and it was a couple grand less than the few others out there for sale. Just not sure the whole AC fix ever happened...
Please, please, please avoid this place.I was sold a 2006 PT Cruiser touted with only 68k miles and from the moment I drove off the lot, I had major issues with this car that was not fully aware of. I fell for the low mileage and regret buying this lemon.I know as is sales are as such..as is. But some of these issues that I wish i knew about before signing. I ended up dumping an additional $3000 to fix what I think are major safety concerns including damaged engine mounts, broken control arms, no spare tire, spare tire frame was broken and front bumper fell off. In addition I had to replace the catalytic converter, battery, fix the zip tied glove box, and minor things like broken windshield wipers and sprayer tubes which dissolved when I touched them. Insane. When I talked to the sales rep who sold me the car, they agreed the issues were crazy for such a low mileage car and said they would talk to the owners. A couple weeks went buy and I heard nothing. When i followed up, the rep got back to me and said said sorry the owners are gone a lot but im going to talk to them still and bat for youAnother 2 attempts went buy and I finally went in with the receipts. The rep said so sorry the owners are gone a lot still but im still trying to talk to them and will take them the receipts Okay? His other solution was to buy back my car and upsell me to a new car. I declined and hoped for the reimbursement route.Another couple weeks go by and nothing and when I got a hold of the sales person all could say was oh yeah..sorry..the owners said no. Were you planning on following up anytime soon? Why did I had to call you yet again. No sense of urgency.I asked for a dependable car and I got a lemon and of course I cant do anything cause its as is. But this review is based on their terrible communication skills, poor follow up, and I guess disassociated owners who the sales people seem to never be able to get a hold of, only to end up letting you down.Avoid this and find a better place on south Tacoma way like I wish I did.Merry Christmas.
A bit pricey but the gentleman I spoke to was a good guy. He wasnt pushy and was very honest
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius from here and had the worst experience ever. The gentlemen who runs the place was very rude and didn’t seem to want my business. As well, when when I was trying to leave the lot with the car, IT WOULDNT START. After a week or so, I realized that he had switched the cars than the one that i test drove. Many of the compartments were broken but couldn’t prove that it wasn’t my own doing. Lastly, he charged me for the down payment but also added it to my loan. This caused my loan to go up around an extra 1,200. Avoid this place if you can. I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience as me.
BEWARE!!!! Mom went to purchase a used car (2007 AUDI A4 Quattro) at this place for my younger sister, and they said, “The car does not have any issues”. She drove it off the lot, got home and there was obviously a problem with the car. Problems included: Damaged timing belt, vc gasket, coolant outlet housing, coolant temperature sensor, cam seal, drive belt and vacuum pump o ring. All of this will cost $ 2280 to fix. There is every single thing wrong with the car. This place took advantage of a woman that didn’t know what she was purchasing, because “nothing wrong with the car” should mean what it says. My mother made a very bad mistake into purchasing here, and we will not only file this review here, we will do it on every other place that can take reviews, along with a complaint to the BBB.
We love this place ! Definitely recommend coming here for a car !
Low pressure, Robert was easy to work with. Impressive selection.
Very friendly staff Jeb wasnt pushy and answered all my questions. The car has been running amazing.
Great friendly service. Good clean cars of every make and modelnto choose from.
Great experience buying our car, it was fast and simple. Were very happy with our purchase and Jeb went out of his way to help us out.
Love my new Grand Cherokee!
Had a fantastic experience buying from Jeb at Vista Auto. I did my research for a specific car and did not want to hassle with the price haggle game. Jeb was straight up with me about the car and offered me a fair price. Hnads down the single best experience Ive ever had buying a car.
My good buddy bought a SUV from the guys at vista. Within three days 5 errors came on the check engine light. Within two months he has had to put 1k into the engine, and has been told he has a bad drive train and transmission. He bought some stupid warranty and now is trying to fight with them for it to be honored. I told him as I will tell any of you that read this review about vista, you HAVE to get it inspected by a 3rd party if you are not a mechanic. These dealerships buy broken cars at auction, barely fix them enough to sell and screw you by selling them. My friend didnt listen to my advice, I hope you do. Be wary of used car dealerships in general, but stay away from vista all together.
Glad to be done car shopping for a while. Robert was super helpful and fast.
Didnt even buy a car. Did my initial inspection on a very clean looking bmw. First thing I noticed- paint chipped off the engine from excessive pressure washing. Second- sludge clearly visible....ON THE INSIDE OF THE OIL CAP. Next 4 vehicles had some sort of oil problem. Back at the other lot- same oil problems. Laekage. One final car-supercharged- smoked from the moment I turned it on in the engine. The office had the sales needed for the month and the employees talked about their sales. They were nice though
Let me tell you what will you hear if not heard already from them.1 - Our cars are fully inspected before we put them on sale. Ive personaly test drove few cargo vans, almost ran in to another vehicle cuz brakes whent out and two other vans transmission was not working at all after their inspection.2 - We are selling lots of cars, because we do a good job taking care of customers. Lots of referals, returns....About my purchace: Out of all vans they had I thought I picked the best one. Ive purchased GMC Savana 1998 123k for $5000. I had to rebuild transmission after driving it for a month, 6 months later relaced engine cuz old one went out. Plus lots of other little things that ive done to it. So now that van costed me $9500. Now think about if it worth it.Sales person that worked with me was Troy, he does not work there anymore. He is in his mid 30, stay away from this guy. He does not know what honesty is.
Bought a suv about 80 days ago, used about 10000 miles, every is great
Cars are all worth there prices
Straight forward sales.....
This place is horrible I bought a 2006 Dodge Sprinter, according to which everything was fine until I ran it to Lynnwood and when I got home the vehicle failed, the next day I called the dealer and his answer was that they could not do anything, I had to invest some $ 3,000 in the van, I dont recommend this place.
