I received a new galaxy s8. I said I would do the transfer of all my content myself to make sure everything was transferred. (Ive had issues in the past with Verizon doing it them selves. He insisted he do it said I was good to go and I get home and nothing but my half of my photos and contacts transferred. Lost everything work/and personal with no way to get it all back even my private content I wasnt able to receive once the phone was turned in. Horrible service.

If I could give a negative star I would. When I came in after working all night and saw 1 person being helped I was excited. It took almost 1 hour of hovering oddly behind a man giving his personal information before the only lady working started to help me. She then started quickly helping another customer while inputting my info and that made my time 3xs longer taking about 4 hours before I was done. She then had to re-due ppw because she got his-mine mixed up in the computer. I went in a second time to switch out the phone and this time the young man who helped me put the gorilla glass on top of the plastic cover so there was little left for the actual phone. When I asked he said he would be fine... Well it was not the cheap case I got fell apart and the corner of the screen cracked!! when I returned to the store a third person told me not to worry just get the return on the case and he didnt recommend paying the 100 to fix the glass because it wasnt that bad... well today with a VERY SHORT DISTANCE after buying a better case on amazone( because he told me I should get a good case not theirs because they only get the bare minimum supplies nothing thats good)THE GLASS SHATTERED!!!! 1 have 18months left to pay off the phone or get a 200.00 rebate taken from me and a broken phone!!! Verizon cant help because Costco owns the phone!!! If I would have gone across the street I would have been helped by Verizon buuuut I cant do that now.... hopefully I can use the insurance I purchased through Costco that the representative recommended but I wont know until i go back to Costco and speak with a store manager and get that awesome Costco treatment Ive always gotten with any of their products and they dont tell me its a Verizon thing SMH. ...

Terrible wait times, poor staffing, slow execution, no availability for appointments, disappointing service, and the kiosk is limited in what it can provide. Overall Im highly disappointed in the experience.

The lines are just too long and the service not so great at this place

The store closed before the posted time, which was a huge inconvenience for a group of soldiers with limited free time.
