The employees that work here really do go out of their way to help with customers. Been having nothing but issues with my tablet. Ahmed was really helpful on getting me set up with my new tablet. I would definitely recommend them and will be sending out friends and family to them.

MetroPCS has always been kinda hit-or-miss with me, so shout out to Sam at this location, who made sure it was a hit for me today. He was straightforward and able to give me accurate info. If Metro is aiming to set the bar at the adequate cell service price-point, then I can honestly say that Sam is positively bursting with adequid-a-quacity!!

For over two years Ive saught her assistance.You tell lies, even BEFORE masks were required, her concern for Metro customers caused Fiona to show concern. She has always worn a mask! You dont even know how to spell her name.Im a retired Manager from the State of California, Department of Motor Vehicles. Fiona provides quality customer service, a gift. It ísnt always easy to help customers when youre being lied to, and about. However, Ive watched her speak professionally to her customers, never raising her voice. Finally, Ms. Fiona was on vacation when you claimed to have had this encounter, she wasnt even in the state of Washington. SHAME ON YOU, for yóu are slandering an innocent Metro employee. This is about FIYONA K.Went in to finally replace my broken phone. Ended up with a lot of problems! First she rung up the wrong phone and only told me about it after paying for the wrong and more expensive phone, then gave me a story saying itll be taken out of my check if I have to cancel it my anxiety didnt let me tell her to cancel it anyway. So I was pressured into paying $80+ to buy this other phone. Next, she charged me for all the normal stuff including the activation fee, which it was NOT activated. I tried 2 times on my own to activate it, finally gave up and called metro to activate. They said she activated the wrong sim card... On top of all of this, she didnt wear her mask at all during this, while there were 3 people in the store. Last time.i was in there she had an attitude and didnt wanna answer my questions.

I believe METRO cellphone corporation has to be one of the best most reliable well knowledged CUSTOMER SERVICED based cellphone companies in the world. I have worked with Tmobile Sprint And others i forgot. None have pleased me more on technology cellphone and accessories then they have. Hiring well diversified highly educated minority with new age one upts if you will, has to be one of there secrets. I am highly excited and enjoy promotional deals. Great easy to read paper advertisement post card type pamphlets they have highly available even regarding possible EMERGENCY CELLPHONE REPLACEMENTS. IF you have not been blessed yet to enjoy the warm highly skilled extremely courteous and fast employees. I suggest you just WALK IN TO A LOCAL STORE. No pressure take a look around you might want to SWITCH cellphone carriers. One of the best choices in technology alone i ever did IN MY WHOLE LIFE. Please consider using METRO as your carrier. Extremely reliable compromisable prices. Low pressure contracts. Highly advanced phones tablets accessories and many more technological advanced products. Take it from me i have had cellphones over 20 years and METRO is the WAVE of the future!!!!!!

They advertise that the $60.00 a month plan gets Unlimited High Speed Internet but thats not the case you only get 35 gigs of high speed internet. Metro Pcs as a franchise itself is a lie with employees that push theyre lies. Wont have this phone service for much longer !
The staff in here is pretty cool. Love my service especially being contract free. Honestly cant fathom how much people tell me they pay on their phone bills with other companies. Thk God for Metro.
Slimy sales practices. The manager (or who seemed to pretend to be one) tried to give me a free phone, which of course, was not free at all. Dishonest and slimly.

They have the worst customer service! I will never go again and I changed my service provider! I walked in with a problem and the service worker Terry didnt know how to fix it but upsold me an additional line and phone as he sent me back to Best Buy where I purchased my BlackBerry. The agent didnt know to tell me they havent been a provider to BlackBerry for about 10 years. This is why my phone didnt work properly. It took 4 different dealers to find that out. After all my inconvenience and extra unnecessary money spent, I had to call customer service to get a refund and it still went down hill. Then I had to go back to this dealer for a refund on the phone and extra line added before I was forced to change providers but the agent refused me service. There was also a manager or owner there present of the dealer and he was even more rude to me where he became provoking with his harassment trying to get me to leave. He refused to give his name or call customer service for me because there was clearly some confusion. So now Im pursuing a law suit because they had no remedy or recourse for their mad customer service. How can any agent be that comfortable with being rude to customers?
I describe my experience with this metro very unhelpful, no courtesy and very little enthusiasm. I pay my bill once a month there and its pretty much a thorn in my side. One more thing i would like to know or how come metro doesnt hire staff that at least know alittle about a cell phone. I would say at least half dozen times i have asked a question about my cell phone and the only response i get back is i dont know. Its pathetic.

I like mpcs and I did like this Sprague location. I now go to MLK and s19th. Broke my phone and went to both stores. MLK and s19th gave me free new phone when Sprague store wanted $85 for same phone.
