Never disappointing this location even though it does not have a drive through they manage to promptly make delicious drinks. I go there at least 3x per week, same strong and good coffee. Always smiling and nice staff.Not sure of his name but the Latino looking guy is the best.

Friendly servers, clean lobby. Food fine. My drink fine. Husband had a Pike drip though and it was very bitter. Almost like it had been sitting a long time. Purchased around 8:30 a.m.

They were so nice to make my drink that I accidentally ordered via mobile to the Starbucks at the mall. (I called the mall and cancelled with them so they didnt waste product making a drink. They were really nice and understanding as well.)

Delivery services are rough, I get that. But how do you forget to put cream cheese packets in with a bagel? Especially when a customer pays for more than one.

Tried to return a travel mug I bought about a month and a half ago. Most stores can look it up through your card but they refused to even replace the lid that broke. It’s a badly designed lid all around, the air hole always gets plugged and the opening to drink from is uncomfortable and small. I thought of returning it initially but just dealt with it but now the lid keeper broke and it leaks all over. I wouldn’t recommend this style mug to anyone.

Great service great coffee

The prices are great here on most products item. Never sure about other things this store is always busy, so we keep coming back. Some things are in its places and the lighting is awful. Its winter now but its cold in the store(the cashiers have on their coats) will see how it is in warmer weather. Great prices!

Took 15 min to get my mobile order that was sitting behind the plexiglass. The barista ignored me even when vocal. The other two baristas were busy chatting with their favorite regular to help. Place is clean but left frustrated given the circumstances.

This is a good, standard version of your medium size store. The staff is friendly and tried to be helpful. There is only a single restroom, located outside of the actual store. Often the staff does not have the correct code.

I absolutely love this Starbucks they have the friendliest employees working here. This is how customer service should be. The nice thing about Starbucks is that you always know what your getting and the quality is always amazing. So it is nice have such great service.

Place is good! Mobile order pick is super frustrating if you walk in to order. Every mobile seems to take precedent vs customers who come in. Poor customer service imo!

After so many disappointing encounters in any service based industry lately, I felt I should mention how wonderful Kylia was to me today. They were so personable and friendly to not only me but everyone ahead of and behind me in line. I hope they get some some sort of kudos for this but primarily I just want to let you know how much your stellar service meant to me!

Creamer was out and the girl ignored me when I was trying to get it replaced. Someone knocked over my hot coffee all over me and the counter. I asked the same girl for something to clean it (and myself up). She mumbled something (smiling) and I waited, still scalded, and after a minute, she hadn’t gotten me anything. I asked again and she said with a smile, “I’ll clean it.” I wasn’t concerned about the floor. My pants and purse were soaked. I cleaned it up myself (and the floor) and she still hadn’t given me something to clean up. I was blown away. So afterwards, I was still standing there, she asked me if I had another order back here. I told her that the creamer was still out and that I didn’t have a lid for my coffee that was knocked over. It’s like she didn’t care about anything but her duties behind the counter. I’ve never left a review for Starbucks before. Usually the service is amazing every time I go.

First time at this Starbucks. Busy but not too busy. Great variety and sizes as well as sweets for your sweet tooth. Sandwiches and juices. Plenty of seating and ample parking.

The Starbucks I went to did not have a door lock with a combination code to go into the restrooms. I prefer that therefore I give it five stars.

A nice Starbucks, its coffee is good, as is its WiFi. Its atmosphere is quite open with large windows. Parking is a little tight and limited. Its however a little too noisy for my taste, but this shop seems quite popular which accounts for the noise .They do have covered outdoor seating. Ill return

This is a great space for the community and people to grab a quick bite to eat and beverage to drink. Its open for 6 or 7 hours every day.

This particular Starbucks, is my main go-to! Out of the 88 different Starbucks Ive visited, over the past 24 years, this location is still number one in my book! Its the crew, and their manager (Jose). They work well together, and its noticable. The whole crew smiles while helping customers (not common in many stores). Even when the manager isnt there! After just a couple times of someone being in there, they memorize your drink, and ask if thats what you want for the current visit. The retro look fits the location as well. Unlike the stores testing the digital signs, or the stores that carry off the wall items, exclusive to those locations. My favorite part about this store though, is how, when I place my order, I dont have to try and talk over a blender, or the espresso machine pumping out shots, because the architecture of this location is unique, and carries other noises away from the order counter.

One of THE best Starbucks in the Tacoma area. All of the baristas are knowledgeable. Although they tend to be busy throughout the day, it doesnt keep me from coming back. Starbucks corporate management and has been able to keep great managers & employees in this store.

I come to this Starbucks every single day. I go to school across the street. Therefore I NEED my coffee... this morning I went in for my venti java chip... there was 0 java!!!I even asked for an extra shot and didnt even get that. No coffee taste at all. This was a basic double chocolate chip. Extreme disappointment since I pay nearly $9 for my coffee to be specific with my almond milk and extra shots... I dont plan on comming back for awhile. Cant seem to go a day without some sort of error.

I work just up the road and I come here often. The staff is always super friendly and the coffee is good. However today, I recieved great service and the best most balanced coffee Ive ever had. There wasnt too much coffee flavor or too much sweetner. I even went back in to give a second tip after taking a few more sips. Absolutly wonderful!

I dont normally take time to write a review about an experience, but I have to say that this Starbucks is exceptional. The baristas here go above and beyond what is required to make sure their customers are taken care of and leave satisfied. I honestly wish there were more baristas like these at Starbucks closer to where I live. Thank you guys for doing what you do! Keep up the good work!

This location has great staff... the seating is somewhat limited and this location is extremely busy... beware the bench seating... many of the springs are broken in the seats... **Correction! They fixed the bench seats!

On 8/25/2018 around 2:30pm my 2 daughters and I went into the store to make our order .As we stood There to wait for a non busy at the time customer service .When the employee came up to the register to take our order we ask her about the happy hour and without any hesitation and the discuss look on these 2 employees at the front counter was oh ours was on Thursday and it was sent thru emailed from our store !We proceeded to order and I ordered a Venti Pike Roast, 3 medium cups of ice, small carmal frappe and a hot cocoa.She ask for my name to place in the order and we proceeded to go wait but my hot coffee pike roast was ready and the female employee proceeded to ask me (would you like room for cream ?)I said no, thank you ma’am!We moved over for the next customer to take their order and waited for the remaining part of my order !The barista couldn’t call my name out but just handed the order to my daughter without any customer service at all!When we got the order it was 3 small cups of ice and the carnal frappe but not the hot cocoa.It took 3 customers order after us that got their order to receive our last order .Now we are at the sugar and creamer station, which the condiments weren’t stocked up at all and when we came in there wasn’t any patrons at the counter to where one of those 3 employees didn’t restock.So the creamer mug wasn’t available and my daughter ask if we can get the creamer and the gentleman that worked there said they haven’t put any out and if I give him back the cup of coffe that I already have and he will add it into my cup !I said I would prefer to do it myself, and when is the creamer available ?He said that he has to make it and it’s going to be a minute due to it being fresh, whatever that means .He showed meThe creamer was from a gallon and yet, it’s just him pouring into a metal jug and it should of already be available for customers, they weren’t too busy to restock and clean up the Resturant at all !As I proceeded to add sugar to my coffe the gentleman brought the creamer, I was adding sugar to my ice cup, I’m hearing the baristas calling all the other customers names for their order very interactive and over friendly, my daughters even mention at the time (mom, she called everyone’s name for their orders and yet she chose to not even call out yours or even our order even the last hot cocoa!I let that go and continued on with my coffe and here comes the gentleman excusing himself so my daughter can move to the side to take out the trash so he said !She moved off to the side and he opened the door to the trash and just looked at it and went back to talk about us between the employees about what we were doing !Then meanwhile the hot cocoa was extremely sweet and my 13 year old said mom it’s god for saken sweet, yuck and meanwhile without hesitation she poured her some of her cocoa into the trash .Right away the baristas can see that over her customers that are waiting for their order and seen it right away, so she calls it out (please don’t pour your drink into the trash and if you need to dump it out, just give it to me !)I was fine with that loud petty comment but honestly, she was too busy for our order and didn’t notice it was 3 medicine cups of ice and not small, fill it to the top and sugar hot cocoa is not what she ordered!After that a couple of minutes later one of the female employee came out to the condiments counter to take the creamer away as she walked away with the creamer container she says over 4 ounces we have to charge, put s sign up if that’s the case .Just because you work there doesn’t all so mean that the way you spokeTo me and my kids are the slight bit ok!Horriable customer service ever !!!
