I loved this store, I was looking for a last minute gift shop. I found amazing things at this shop, the two girls that helped me were amazing. They even gift wrapped all my stuff with unique touch and detail. Beyond amazed and pleased with the service. I’ll be taking amazing gifts back to my family in Puerto Rico thanks to this store and their awesome workers.

Stopped by this store to find a unique gift for a co-worker who is located in TX. I was thrilled at the variety and quality of gift items available. Alanna helped me find a particular item I was looking for and assisted me in check-out, offering to ship my purchase (for a fee, of course). Left the store with a bounce in my step...mission accomplished all in one fell swoop! Nicely done, PNW Shop!!

So much cute stuff! We got some postcards, a beautiful print by an indigenous artist, and a sticker. It was quite busy but the staff did a great job of getting folks moving through the line.

Cozy souvenir shop.. its hard to find in this area. This one youll pretty find a souvenir you need befoee you head south . Public Parking space at the back.

Had our friend visit here in Washington, we were going to buy souvenirs in this place, them having a mask mandate they should provide masks, not charge $15.00 for china chunk masks just to come in, this is price gouching, totally unprofessional, no to mention the staff sucks, i would never go back, i can spent my money else where. P. S. Way over prices china junk, we ended up going in a different shop nearby and got some lovely gifts.

Great gift shop located in the old downtown of Tacoma.You can find candies, candles, gift cards, postal cards, clothing, etc.I do recommend stopping here for your souvenirs

My go-to for gift boxes for the relatives that deserve second consideration. Sometimes goofy, never kitchy, I promise they have what it takes. When I ordered a gift box and they didnt have one of the items they wasted no time in calling me; I assured them I trusted their decision on an equivalent product...wouldnt you know, that was the thing that made my dad the happiest! Great products, good people.

I ordered an Anniversary Gift Basket for my In-laws. The order was delayed due to a UPS error, however Made In Washington upgrades my UPS service to expedite the delivery at no cost to me. Although it wasn’t their fault UPS delayed the order, they took responsibility and went above and beyond. The order was delivered and everything was of high quality. My In-Laws loved the gift basket. I have shopped in the store previously as well and it is packed full of neat WA treats. Go check this place out or order online!

Shopkeep was unfriendly, rude, and quite helicoptering - felt extremely uncomfortable as a young woman of color shopping here.Products available are old fashioned, tacky, and appropriate for only my Grandparents. You’re better off, in customer service and in products, at Stocklist on Pacific in Downtown Tacoma or even Compass Rose that is also in the Proctor Neighborhood.

AMAZING!!! Some items I ordered were out of stock and I was delighted by a phone call to make the changes. Not only were the items closely matched, the merchandise came nearly as fast as if I had picked it up myself. The Mt. St. Helen’s blown glass is for a memorial and it came wrapped. I will continue to support this local, wonderful company! What a breath of fresh air. Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you!

Love this store. Great items all made in WA. Everything from food, wine, blown glass, clothing, stationary, maps... We go there a lot especially when we have out of state guests coming. They gift wrap your purchases for you as well which is a tremendous service.

I came across some of this stores products on Amazon as I was putting together multiple gift baskets for family to take with me on vacation. I dont particularly have anything to say about the products as I will not be the one to use/eat/enjoy them but the customer service is awesome!!!I had ordered something on Amazon based on the text description. When the items shipped to me, the size of the product was not as listed in the Amazon description. I called the store (didnt realize I was so close and I actually ended up paying $10 for shipping) and they said there was a mix-up. They offered for me to come by the next day to give me two more for free! It was no fuss at all. In fact, I was so happy with the service that I bought other products in person when I picked up my additional items. 😆 Win-win!

What a fantastic selection of great gifts. Went in to find some things that were uniquely from the Pacific Northwest, for friends in Australia. I may have spent more time browsing the shop than it took to get the package to Brisbane! :) The people there were helpful and quick to engage, with advice and just plain old conversation. I will be back into shop for Mothers day, this week. Set aside some time and enjoy this delightful, local, shop. I wasnt disappointed, and I do not think you will be either.

This is a great place to purchase gifts for friends and family that live out of state. I like to make little gift boxes stuffed with all the trial sized local food and candy that they sell. Its also just fun to spend some time looking around and checking out the local artists.

A lot of fun creative items! Homemade foods and gifts! A nice little Washington wine collection! The staff was very sweet and personable. Definitely want to go back and look more in detail!

All things Washington done with class best describes this shop. Its been around for decades. Its well organized and the staff is helpful. Its not cheesy typical tourist trinkets. They have stuff made in Washington and the Pacific Northwest. Its well worth a visit for tourists and locals alike.

Decent amount of the craft items made by the locals to buy as gifts. Friendly staff, good service, variety of wines and cheese, calendars, posters and photos etc.

Neat little place, owner was very friendly. transplanted to the area from MN this last year, wanted to find some WA themed gifts for family back home, and found some nice things here.nice selection of some books on local sites/history that I want to go back and check out more later for myself.
