I have pawned a few items. Overall I have found their offers fair.. I will do business with them again and would and have recommend them to a friend. This is also a great place to shop for tools. As well as batteries and chargers.

If I could give this place at zero Stars I would. Very bad business unprofessional and extremely rude. Made inappropriate jokes that made me very uncomfortable. And then had the audacity to pull money out of his register and flash it to me laughing as of hes better then me. I will never go here again you should never go here either. Report has been made to the BBB.

I went in needing gas money the guys in the ship really nice they offered 40 dollars more than 2 other ships on pacific ave. The service was fast i was in and out in about 20 mins. I will be going back for my tools and i will use them in the future. I would recommend that all my friends do business with them!! Thank u guys!!

The owner Mike Bowerman has always been more then far to women I’ve been doing business with him since 1991, He was making jewelry and fixing my ring and did an awesome job. I thought he felt bad for me and just bought me a new ring, but no the artist that he is he fixed it which was an heirloom thank you so much Mike you’re awesome. This man came in yesterday yelling that he wasn’t far to woman, wow mike your awesome. He has been helping me and my kids out for ever and goes the extra mile. Thank you Mike AAA++++

Under the ‘Health and Safety’ section, American Pawnbrokers state they require masks. In-store, however, the two owners completely ignore this rule. Do not shop here for your safety.

They dont wear masks for their customers safety despite the pierce county mandate. Ive been in there twice in the last three months, no masks on any employee and none in sight. As an immune compromised customer, I do not appreciate them putting my life in danger. They have lost a long time customer.

These people are awesome. They give you fair prices and they actually contact you if you forget your due date. They dont charge you if you lose your pawn ticket and they only let the person who set up the loan come pickup the item so if you do lose it you dont have to panick. I actually rate them a 10+++. Thank you for being so awesome!!!

This is a 5star pawnbroker chain for sure it has such a outstanding,helpful and honest staff that makes sure you understand what’s always going on and best of all if your in to buying and selling gold or just need a loan they offer the highest price paid for any chain of pawnshop stores around I believe and they guarantee that or they will at least match there competitors so I say get in there and sell Grandmas gold before she wakes up and get top dollar to help your financial heart ship that’s got you down today!

They tried to dupe my wife on pricing because she was female. Said Nintendo switches only resell used for $200 when I showed them local used prices for 269.99 they kicked me out and refused to do more business with me. Update: looking through the reviews this is a pattern for them targeting women with lower pricings.In response to their new lies: no one threatened anyone. Trying to twist the story to become the victim isnt going to work here. You have multiple reviews showing your mistreatment of women customers. Though you yelling at me about this review was the cherry on top when I came to pick up my wifes previous loan. Its sad you have to make up situations to justify your behavior in the public eye.

They have always helped me out and are usually friendly. Although today I was calling just to inquire if i could get caught up on a late loan and Matt was immediately rude. Regardless of the answer I got I feel I was polite about my inquiry and should have been spoken to a bit differently.

Expensive prices, they have tools I have literally just bought yesterday from Home Depot 20 to $40 more used at this place generators you can find all day long for $150 Mark at $350 for a beat-down piece of junk

I purchased a gun from them. It took an unusually long time to process the paperwork but the people there are nice. I should add i purchased the gun around Christmas time so that might be why it took so long to get the paperwork processed I would go back and buy stuff from them good prices thanks guys.
