Went there today and figured out why their inventory is so big..... Cause their prices are equal to or greater than new. You guys need to check things like offer up, Craigslist etc and Competet with them. No one is going to pay 100+ tax for a tailgator generator when you can go to harbor freight and buy it new for 99-120

Best pawnshop Ive ever dealt with. The are willing to work with you if your late on getting youre stuff out of pawn. They work with you on the things you pawn for money also. They are very nice and respectful. I will not deal with any other pawnshop.

Best pawn shop around! Not only do they have quality merchandise/stuff. Its the only one I know of that has indefinite layaway, just as long as you put some dollar amount each month towards paying it off, even if its only $1.00. And at 0% interest. I was also hospitalized for a few months called them and made arrangements to start making payments when I was well again and it was not a problem. They were actually very sympathetic and supportive. So beat that! And as for service, its a pawnshop not restuarant...if you dont like the people who work there, Im pretty sure most people just dont like you. 5 STARS ALL DAY!

My buddy and went in here a couple years ago looking to buy a couple shotguns for trap shooting. The gun they handed my buddy a loaded 12 gauge. When I looked into the chamber there was a shell. So we racked the slide and out popped a perfectly good shell. They quickly denied it was loaded and asked us to leave the store.

Needs to have a massive sale to clear things out a bit, so much stuff it is hard to even walk in here and stuff is so buried youd never see anything anyway. I pop in here at least once a month for several years and still see the same equipment from 10 years ago at the same inflated prices. They probably have some desirable items, youd just never find it.

Ive been going there for decades. Very nice family, always courteous and helpful. They negotiate with you on prices. Topkick is not just a pawnshop its a landmark.

Above and beyond what I expected from a pawn shop. I dont typically go to pawn shops but I now find myself in here regularly. Great staff. Great finds. Ill drive past 5 other pawn shops on my way to check this one out first.

Ive been going there for over 20 years, if your broke and need cash its a good last resort just dont exspect much. On average they loan 10-20% fair market value. Most of the staff is nice however the guy who has the final say on loans and prices is not pleasant to deal with and is always right even when hes wrong lol. Need to have a clearance sale to clean out most of their overpriced clutter!

I have been going here for years now, their layaway option is second to none, I have always been treated really well. Only once have I had a problem with something I bought from them and they made it right even though they didnt have too. I only do business with them now even though they are not even close to me.

Ill give the +1 just because my old man has been going there for a long time and hasnt had any problems. The only time I went there to sell something it was a joke... I had a very nice, like new Leupold scope that can be resold for 800-900 and the guy wouldnt even make me an offer and looked at me like I was stupid for asking 400. So I sold it on E-bay for 750... Seriously... I would have much preferred the 400 bucks right then, than wait 5 days for the auction to go through and they could have made an EASY 350.

This has to be a front for some illegal acitivity trying to sell used tools for more then full retail at homedepot in the box new 1 mile away.. I would have rather spent my money local but the guy here lost his mind

This is an old school pawn shop with everything you can think of, its hard to move around in here with so much stuff but they have great prices and anything you can possibly need

In 1999 someone stole an expensive camera from my home. I went to Topkick at the suggestion of the police.They had not seem it come in at the time. I left my phone number and they called a few days later. A man had come in and tried to sell it. They confiscated my camera and called me. I greatly appreciated the gesture. My camera ended up being donated to the Tacoma School of the Arts for photography students to use.....Thanks to Topkick for returning it to me.

Awesome place to shop... Even if you dont think you need anything, just take a walk through the shop and chances are youll find something you need after all...

Good place to buy guns and other items and great layaway program they kind of low ball you on items to pawn if you have something nice and of value take to America pawn they pay better

Worst place to go. Would give -0 rating. Sold something I had put money on and than try to keep my money like no one new about it until I showed receipt. Don’t recommend anyone go there.

I am a merchant Seaman who rides coastwise containerships from Wa State to Anchorage Alaska and I have been leaving my Glock Handguns with Topkick for safekeeping for years now. Anyway, this last time I got stuck on a ship and was unable to get down there in time to redeem my items. So after a few months, I figured they were long gone because I didnt live up to my end of the deal. I just happened to call them today and ask about another handgun I have low and behold they still have my original items, and kept them for me,without selling them months after the loan was due!! NO other pawn shop would have done that for me or anybody else, so Topkick Jewerly & Loan gets my highest recommendation and respect! They take care of loyal customers, no question about it.

This place will rip you off. They said put what you can down and no time limit to pick up.I asked the unprofessional sales person, so I can put at least $60 down on an item that costs $350.00 and no time limit to pick up even if I cant make a payment til i can just pay it off? the unprofessional sales person replied that is right. So I proceeded to put item on layaway. i called them and said i will not be able to make any payments for at least a few months and they said it was okay.went to finally pay layaway off and they had sold it under me. they said that i never called or anything. What a bunch of bullshit.I did call and they said i was good. what a bunch of thieves. no rating they dont deserve any kind of ratings. will never deal with these ripoffs anymore. do not recommend them for anything at all. take your money and business eslwhere for better service and if you dont want to get ripped off. keep in mind they said no time limit and nothing about must pay every two weeks or anything of the sort. thats why shops like Pawn Stars are the topkick of all pawn shops.

I have done business with Mark and his crew for a long time off and on for years yes its a cluttered mess in there but i have never walked out of that pawn shop without what i needed money or merchandise the staff are always helpful and Im sure what they do is stressful it cant be easy dealing with some of the public out there i know i have to deal with it on a daily myself personally i wouldnt go anywhere else keep up the good work you guys.

Very disorganized very dirty the prices on things is ridiculous the prices on things that are broken are also ridiculous it seems like everything is in an increment of $100 here at the store.I think they should spend less time hoarding and more time selling by reflecting decent prices on their used items.
