Messing up my entire week with problems.Product that should have been ready but wasnt.Making wrong colors. Your store has serious problems. It seems you dont care how much you screw over the smaller contractors.Its a shame through contractor specs that I have to endure working with you farther.Thorn in my side, get your store in order.

The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, unless they know you. Twice (I gave them a second chance), Ive gone in for paint, doing a townhouse reno inside and out, twice theyve walked away from the counter as I walked up. After making eye contact with me, no verbal Well be with you shortly, they look again about 3 minutes later, as if Im still there. Twice Ive walked out and given several hundred $$ to Home Depit instead.

My husband and I had a problem with painting our living room walls. We loved the color (respite is beautiful) but it wasnt covering evenly. We phoned the store, and Casey came right out to see our situation. Solution-another coat of paint. He followed up by bringing us a full gallon of our favorite color and some other supplies as well. The Sherwin Williams paint store staff was very accommodating in so many ways. Helpful, informative, knowledgeable, incredibly patient with my many questions of “how too and what do you suggest?” Bright, clean store with lots of space for so social distancing. They had everything I needed in stock. Love the color selection and informative pamphlets with lots home interior and exterior ideas.

Purchased the Emerald line. It took some muscles to push the paint and coverage was okay. It did not go as far. Ripe Olive is a gorgeous green that pairs well with wood decor.Service at this location was as follows: Prompt and friendly, knowledgeable, responsive. Thank you!

Love this place but its spendy

I am a contractor and buy Sherwin Williams paint and use it exclusively. I even have a charge account. I am licensed bonded and insured. I went into this location on the way to a bid to gets color book. Cause how can you sell there paint if you dont have there colors to show customers. My normal location gives these freely whenever requested. I have quite a few. But the manager at the center street location informed me rather rudely that he ran out a while back and doesnt have them anymore to give out...like how to do your customers sell your paint? I will never go back to this particular location. Very poor customer service.

I went to this store with kids and was told my paint chip was to small (it was the size of a quarter) and that it had to be the size of a silver dollar. Drove next door to Lowes and they matched the color perfectly and I saved a few dollars.
