Very clean store. Out of all the local 7Elevens, 56th & McKinley by far have the best cashiers!

I have always loved 7-Eleven but this one has been consistently bad, even before the pandemic. Unfortunately, its the closest one to my house so I sometimes find my self here out of convenience. Today was one of those times and my first time during the pandemic.Four out of the six customers that were helped while I was there were not wearing a mask, the staff clearly didnt care. One of the customers looked at me like I was the freak for wearing a mask, which makes me wonder if people go out of their way to this store to avoid being harassed for not wearing one.The soda fountain was sticky and dirty looking. And the clerk working the counter (older white lady) was wearing a face shield but had it flipped up the whole time.I will take other peoples advice and avoid this one like the plague.

I dont care if theyre not always in the best mood, I get that. 711 employees get treated poorly and I see it all the time when I go in, so I do my best not to complain. But this is a global pandemic and both employees were not wearing masks. To clarify, I guess, the manager had his one pulled down covering his beard. How is this okay to sell food like this?

I just bought my lotto tickets in 7-Eleven at 5602 McKinley Ave, Tacoma. After leaving the store I though I had lost my wallet there. I ran back and your employee Mama was so supportive, helpful, and made me calm. Luckily, I found my wallet in my car later. I am very grateful to this woman who genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you!!!

No hello. No thank you. Tried to overcharge me for a cup of ice. 7 items not offered a bag..then charged 6 cents for a bag. Didnt even attempt to put paid merchandise in bag. Again no thank you. But the white lady in front of me got all those basic customer service treatments. Very rude and unprofessional. Im offended. Not even a thank u. Smh

Well, its a 7-Eleven, but the best one in Tacoma!

I go in every day and spend allot of money here,the manager accused me of stealing a $.50 candy bar.wich I didnt.but I gave him the money and will not be a returning customer

Employees aren’t wearing masks. Specifically an older white woman claims it’s not required if she’s behind plexiglass. The older Sikh gentleman wears one though. Also had a customer with no mask serving himself nachos. Dirty store.

Nobody wears masks here. Avoid like the plague.

Im a 7/11 Gruru I get free food several times a day. Now that most of the 7/11s have the Scan and Pay Stations this makes things so much more easier for me to Redeem my items and Scan and Jam all day long cause as far as the cashiers are concerned as long as they hear that particular sound when you scan your phone to pay for your items they dont care how many times its done cause they dont know weather its a redeem or a credit card on your phone either way its being paid for an if you know me I never pay for a single item there. Infact 7/11 is so kind they give me 800 points all day long.

My card was declined because of some issues with my bank and the very nice lady working paid for mine and my husbands coffee.

Best 711 ever, always stocked with fresh coffee roller dogs donuts!! No matter how busy they are or what time it is!!

Late night shift staff is horrible...the only store where staff didnt greet in this local area....the lady had here headphones on while cashing me out ..never acknowledged my presence...manager of this location needs to set customer service guidelines here because if staff cant do there job they should go elsewhere!

I bought the taquitos they have, my daughter ask for 4 tacos and they have a promotion of 5 for $4.00. The lady working in the morning on Sunday May 19, 2019, never offer this promotion and when I ask for another taco so it can be the $4.00 she got mad and gave me a very bad service. If your not happy in your work lady, get another one. God Bless You, and hope he gives you patience.

The horrible attitudes and lack of manners were already bad enough, but now they actually have a tip jar at 7-Eleven. I haven’t been greeted with so much as a hello and I’ve been going there for three years, now you want a tip? Lmfao

Amazingly polite and welcoming staff, store has always been clean and seemingly well stocked everytime I visit.

So I went to 711 to ask if i could get a water cup for water and this indian guy that worked at the frint counter kept saying no!, you have to pay for water(raising his voice for no reason) very rude customer service and there was a lady by him not saying anything. So I bought a cup and they tried to charge me for the ice in my water 25 cents...like wth 😡😡😡

They love to overcharge like many other 7 Eleven...
