I Googled the items that I wanted to purchase after I did ground work by physically visiting perspective sights. As most of us agree, we hope to find the best price available even when we have to go to H and back to find it. Sometimes its a deal and sometimes its a bust. Yesterday, I paid $25.00 per item more on 6 fence panels for my horses because my footwork didnt turn up any better prices. My search continued only because the place that I purchased those 6 panels didnt have the quantity I was looking for. I should have used my brain power instead of my feet and gas. Atwoods is one of my first choices when I look for many of my major purchases. I visited a closer site before I made my original purchase. The store that I visited just didnt have any of the products that I wanted. It didnt occur to me to ask. And it didnt occur to me that Atwoods would have another site so close. When I Googled the product, the quantity and location were revealed. I was so relieved that I rushed to the Atwoods in Talaquaha, OK. Now youd think it would be a breeze from here right. There computer said they didnt have any...! I was in shock. The clerk asked me ...green pipe? I said no 6 brown pipe by 12 . So she sent a clerk to check. When he returned; no, 6 brown.Well, to shorten the story. There was a miscommunication and a great deal of time and searches etc. The 6 high x 12 long brown fence panels were available. I made my purchase. I also purchased 2 bunk feeders and a 100 garden hose. A very expensive day for me, but a successful outcome and substantial savings. Thanks Atwoods

Mngr was not helpful, just got out of the hospital & couldnt remember exacts of purchase date so I was turned away with a un useful product without even the suggestion for exchange.

Store is quite big inside with a lot of different outdoor items that seems useful. The long gun and shotgun section was nice. The handguns were mostly 9mm but nice prices for what was on display.

Just coming through cuz loved one is in the cherokee nation hospital but went in and bought some guns and the worker gave me to extra mags for new glock and shotgun.

Atwoods is like a mini Home Depot, Lowes, and Tractor Supply all rolled into one with a grocery section to boot~!!!Highly recommend...

They have lots of stuff all ways on sale or marked down. I get trash bags from there. They have lots of clothes, and candy.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Atwoods....but this store was severely understaffed, major items were unmarked with prices or even shelf descriptions, and NO ONE in the store was able to figure out how much an item on their shelf cost. And apparently no manager on shift on a Thursday early evening--since the final man they called said Come back tomorrow and ask the manager. Since we live over an hour away, we didnt. Instead, we purchased the product at another Atwoods.

Atwoods is always a fun place to shop. I say fun because I love farm stores. 🤣 but they have a good selection at reasonable prices. My kids love the complimentary popcorn and combined with the hard candy makes for a pleasantly nostalgic experience.

Great farm and Ranch store

Theyre nice, honest people who work to satisfy the customers. My experiences are very good here.

Would be great if the staff was. Several people told me it was bad but I wanted to try an give it a chance. Its a shame, making it harder to avoid walmart.

I stopped in to pick up flowers/vegetables. Usually the prices are MUCH better than this. They are, atleast for now, carrying the same stuff from the same company as Walmart, Lowes,and TractorSupply at the same terrible prices. Very disappointing, and it looks like much of there stuff either suffered from frost or something. I ended up putting my cart back and leaving empty handed.......:(

Go to for animal feed as well as some specialty grocery items

They had everything I needed as well as a snack & a cold drink.

Have always come here for the service but after today will not be back. The lady with long dark hair working in pet section wouldn’t even attempt to help us. I Ask questions and she made us feel like we were incompetent and highly inconveniencing her as she stocked her dog toys. But it’s fine we went to tractor supply and were treated like they appreciated us! And spent the 1300.00 on the items we needed to care for our new outside animals. And yes we would have paid cash for it since this Atwood’s was only accepting cash at the time. I have never seen this particular employee before and I tend to spend several 100.00 a month at Atwood’s. But that ended because of this lady. She will run off more customers. So have fun with that!

Great place

They sho nuff do have some friendly folks at Atwoods. Helpful and knowledgeable too. This place seems to have a lot of everything. From work cloths and shoes and boots to yard decorations, patio stones and all kinds of yard tools. They have power tools, mowers, tractors and parts. Why they have people food, animal food and critters too (chickens and bunnies). Pool and pool supplies, pulleys and widgets. nuts, bolts, guns and ammo.

Love this store! Its always clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Store is great! Found some awesome chairs! But the customer service I received from a young lady at the register was terrible. I waited in line just to ask a price of an item. No one was behind me and when I asked I got an eye roll and her attitude let me know she was irritated. She was not just hateful to me but also a young man who works with her. I’m not sure if she is management or if she is just a cashier. The young man actually apologized for her attitude and was very pleasant. But obviously The young lady doesn’t seem happy with her job.

Very helpful staff

Their system for credit card and checks was down. Didnt see sign on door because I wasnt looking for it. But cashier did not explain the situation but just told me they werent accepting credit cards or checks anymore. So left my 60.00 dollar purchase on counter. Maybe manager should make an announcement over intercom once in awhile and also explain to their employees to make situation clearer.

We buy 90% of our chicken supplies there. Very knowledgeable attendants to help you find what you are looking for. Their mens wear section has great clothing for Ranch and work.

Atwoods is always sort of fun for me.I am like a kid in a candy store.Guns, Ammo, feed, farm supplies...And...this particular trip (Tahlequah)found my favorite Wrangler jeans on sale for $10 each.So it was a win.Plus the selection of old style sodie pop and candies are always a big hit!

The employees are rude, i have always went to Atwoods to get my feed i moved here from Ponca city the men that worked there would always be so helpful to load all of the feed for me but here in Tahlequah no one ever ask me if I need help Im going to just leave Atwoods alone start going to smaller business like a feed store the larger chain companies just are not worth the heartache.

My kids love to go to Atwoods! The prospect of peeking in at some fluffy baby chicks or soft little bunnies makes them so happy! Equally exciting, is the free popcorn up front. You would think they had won the lottery to be handed a bag of freshly popped popcorn!It is also the only place that I have found that you can purchase chicks year round!

Did not have what I expected and needed

I really like Atwoods and this one is typical. Great prices and a selection of goods you cant find elsewhere. Clothes are a surprisingly good value. Its hard to find help though.

The service is poor at best and yet people still shop there. Dont buy Stihl equipment from Atwoods take your business to the true local independent dealer at Keys Lawn and Garden and keep your money local. Youll be glad you did.

Very disappointed....I ordered a RUGER LCP 2 380 pistol...When it came in I went to the store and looked at it and it was in a blue plastic bag with a chamber flag in it but when I went to go pick it up it was in a white plastic bag and the Chamber flag was missing the person that took it was Sarah back in Sporting Goods and Sarah had a really bad attitude with me.I really should press charges against Sarah.I cant stand a THEIF Sarah in sporting goods

If they have what youre looking for its usually good quality at a fair price. They even give you a bag of popcorn while youre walking around the store.

It is an awesome place to shop, a bit pricey but you really do get what you pay for in this case, my only problem with it is- the employees that I came in contact with were not the friendliest and not very helpful at all .
