I went in to return Suoer Deck water based deck protection for the oil based . The manager, Derrick, told me that it didnt exist. I explained to him that I knew it did exist, as I had purchased it at that location twice. He asked me why I wanted oil based. I told him that if had read the reviews of each product, he would know that the oil based holds its color and protection longer. I told him that it comes in transparent, and semi transparent. He had no idea. Instead of trying to order it for me, I just had to get my money back, as he would not admit that it did indeed exist. I have a business account there, but will probably have to move it elsewhere, unless this problem is resolved. Just because Im a woman, doesnt give him an excuse for his behavior.
