While this company did OK with installation, their service is terrible. Trying to get them to come out and perform annual service has been a real problem. We dealt with this for the first year service, had a good response to the second year, but have been calling them for several weeks now to try to get service in year three. Generator service seems to be a very low priority for them. Decided to go with another company, Power On, and they will be out in a few days n

Moved to the Tallahassee area a few months back and the home we had purchased is a smart house for speakers and TV. We had no clue what to do with any of it so we were referred to contact Sights and Sounds. We are so glad we did. They showed up on time, professional, and helped us get this house and the TV/speakers system up and running and they took their time explained everything that they were going to do and also gave us education classes on how to use all of it!!What a breath of fresh air they were. John Azzarito (OJ) our main contact he was just outstanding! the tech was Phil and both of them were so polite and have a great personality to boot! Your treated like you are part of the family cannot thank Sights and Sounds enough we would recommend them to anyone hands down.
