I recently had my car serviced at Capital Eurocars with the assistance of Service Manager Joe Trozzo. Joe was very friendly and thorough with explaining what needed to be done. He kept me informed as to the progress of the servicing of the car. In addition, He went out of his way to answer a question I had and how I could go about getting my question resolved. I will certainly ask for Joe when I have my future auto servicing.

We had our first scheduled B service with William Gilkes as our advisor, he answered all of our questions and gave us several Mercedes owner tips that will help us to be more informed about upcoming service and even save money. It was a laid back and relaxing experience. All the questions were handled up front and we were taken in promptly at the appointment time and our car was returned clean and ready in about an hour.

What a wonderful service experience at Caital Eurocars - Mercedes Benz. Joe assisted me when I needed my brake pads changed. Ive used multiple MB dealerships for service but this was by far the best experience Ive had. Joe made sure everything I needed was taken care of, I was put in a rental car, and the work was done well. Will definitely be returning for future work!

I have also been a Capital Euro service customer since 2010. After a few year hiatus I returned to CE after recently buying a pre-owned CLS 550 in May 2020 in Atlanta and an extended warranty. I was assigned to Parke Stafford and he has lived up to his excellent reputation for great service. He always keeps you informed and always goes the extra mile to save money whenever possible which is not often with Mercedes service costs. But you get what you pay for and at CE you get the Best! : )

There are all types of services available if waiting. Such services as complimentary shuttle to the mall, coffee, beverage and snack station, free wifi and charging outlets.
