Dishonest and extremely unprofessional. I brought my truck in for some minor frame work and was told it would be done in a couple days. Days go by with no contact from the business as they do not answer their phones or return calls, and have a voicemailbox that is chronically full. After a week and a half of this, I end up having to go to the business in person only to find that my truck hasnt been worked on at all. I take my vehicle elsewhere and request that my money I had to pay upfront be returned as the agreed upon work had not been done. The owner informed me that this was actually a side job his employee, Bobby was doing and that I need to take it up with him and refused to take responsibility for the situation. I was never informed that any of this was a side job until now. Bobby stringed me along for another week or so with false promises of having my money by certain dates, only to completely ignore phone calls or attempts to meet up with him on the agreed upon dates. Once again, I had to show up to Turn 4 Collision just to be able to speak with someone. Bobby told me to my face that he wont be giving me my money back and to forget about it. I have never had the displeasure of working with such a shady, dishonest and unprofessional group of people and can only hope people will heed my warnings to steer clear of these crooks.

Brought my vehicle in to get it looked at and fixed, gave bobby the money upfront and he didnt do any of the work on my vehicle. So when I took it back I was waiting for my refund but no refunds were distributed. So I guess these guys just make their money off of ripping people off. Never go here I wouldnt trust them with any vehicle.

The mechanics were drinking when I walked in... and I walked right out. Never going somewhere where they work on your car drunk.

Open alcohol containers throughout the building and extremely unprofessional employees. I wouldnt trust these people to fix a tricycle.

I paid more than 6,500 cash to get my car fix. i was made promises which they did not live up too. if you go to him please do a price comparison on the parts he gets for your car. he will tell you youre getting a discount but you are not. then youll find out the parts arnt all the way fixed and will have to buy extra parts. If someone is paying for a service upfront and you promise them something it should be held.

Got my car repainted here after accident. Had car for one week now. So far ai good! Paint job looks amazingLifetime warranty too!
