Very friendly professional service, nice facilities. I only rated a three because the 2016 Buick LaCrosse premium I purchased had issues when I purchased it. While driving home from the dealer the tire pressure light came on. I was told to bring it back and it would be corrected. I waited two months so I had to make a appointment and pay $286 out of pocket because my golden maintenance contract I purchased with the vehicle does not cover it. I realize that waiting so long was my fault but the point is that I was sold a vehicle that was presented as being in perfect working order and it wasn’t and we payed a top price. I will probably think long and hard before thinking of buying another vehicle through the Hendricks group.
Jennifer Richards is the best. She goes beyond great service expectation. She made me feel like I was her only customer. she greets you with a friendly smile and conversation. They brought my car up and she noticed the tire pressure was not correct on all tires, she took it right back herself to them to get corrected all while smiling and keeping me informed. Okay, let me be clear. This review is about Dale Earnhardt Jr Cadillac dealership moreso than Hendrick Collision. I am assuming there is a partnership agreement between the two businesses. My car was rear-ended and after going through a long journey of insurance nightmares, I received a check with no estimate from the other car owners insurance company. I felt certain it was not enough to cover the damage so I made an appointment to bring my car to the Cadillac dealership to see if they could give a more accurate cost of the damage. The receptionist scheduled the appointment and told me to bring my car to the dealership. When I arrived, I was told they dont do body work at that location and that I needed to take it to Hendrick Collision, which is on the other side of town. They called ahead and let them know I was coming but when I arrived was told they couldnt give me an estimate that day and I would have to come back. I asked if I needed an appointment and they said no, I could bring it in any time. When I brought it in the next day, they took my car and said they would let me know something by the end of the day. I called when it got late in the afternoon and not hearing from them to see if I could pick up my car only to be told they would be keeping my car for a few days. They ended up keeping my car for 9 days. I was never told it would be that long nor was I ever offered a rental car. The only updates I got were from when I called to check. Eventually, I got my car back and the work they did was great, no complaints there. They washed it and blew it out but didnt actually clean it. Dale Earnhardt Jr Cadillac dealership never followed up with me. I have been a Cadillac owner since 2008, this being my 5th car. Ive experienced top-level service at my dealers in Orlando, Tampa, and Atlanta. They would NEVER have let me walk away without a rental, would have followed up with me daily, and returned my car in immaculate condition. Cadillac should be EMBARRASSED at having a dealership treat a long-term customer like this. It has made me question whether I want to continue owning a Cadillac in Tallahassee. To say they are incompetent is a compliment.

Went into Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet in Tallahassee for a routine oil change. Two hours later I was the last person there. CSR saw me sitting there in the waiting room and said my Suburban was still waiting in the shop. I asked the CSR to expedite the service because I had to pick up my grandson. Another half hour and the Suburban was ready and I missed my pickup time for my grandson. It appears they forgot me. Im very disappointed with the dealer service especially since they were not that busy

Had routine service maintenance completed and the next day my engine light came on. They cant schedule time until May 12th 😡?! I have to travel on Friday well over 500 miles. What did they do to my truck? My truck is only serviced at a certified dealer, Chevy or GMC as scheduled. Owned this truck for just over a year.

I am extremely disappointed that the A/C in my 2015 Silverado stopped working at 64500 miles on Feb 21, 2021. I am extremely disappointed to find out that this is a common problem that GM knew about for 2014-2018 models and didnt do a recall to fix the faulty weld. I am extremely disappointed that originally I was expected to pay $2200 out of my pocket to fix it. But, I called a local repair shop and ascertained he stocked the part because of the commonality of the problem and would have done the job for $1110.21. Once I pointed this out to Jennifer Richards, Service Adviser, she negotiated with the service department and got me an acceptable price. Jennifer should get 5 stars, but GM should get none! I will probably go back to Dodge for my next truck.

I liked the last service done by Dale Earnhardt They did a great job on the service, but, there is always a but. They did not put the sticker on the window when the car is due for the next oil change and the wrote the mileage wrong on the receipt My car had 101811 miles on it at time of service. although the bill state only 95524 miles. I do not know where this came from but certainly not from my car. I am not a perfectionist but this indicate some sloppiness By the person who did the service.But I will come back because in general they do a great jobSincerely William A Hees

I have had numerous problems with this 2020Cadillac CT5. The Battery will not stay charge ans dealer states it is the battery which has been replaced twice. I was further advised the cars battery will not maintain its charge any longer than 15 days. Car has been jumped twice. GM is aware of this problem but not taking responsibility for this defect in a $62,000 vehicle.My recommendation is to look for another luxury car elsewhere,Charles J PorteroTallahassee, FL 32317

Overall the experience here was amazing! However, one person who made the whole process of purchasing a new truck here made it worth remembering in the worst kind of way. Not the saleswomen or the sales manager, who was nothing but respectful and fair when it came to the purchase. But it was the finance lady who oversaw the entire paperwork package at the end, Mrs. Kelly. This lady was unbelievably rude to not only myself but to family that I had on the phone as well. Pushy and disrespectful when being spoken to, as if I was a child. This lady needs to either retire or have some kind of customer service retraining, which she’s seem to have forgotten. Other than her being the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with when purchasing a new car, the dealership was one of the best places I’ve been.

Scheduled an oil change.... 2 hours later I have an oil change and an attitude because I need to get home to my children. they werent quite done even though my car was parked. if I didnt have five more oil changes with these people I would not go back there. this is the second time Ive had to wait all day for an oil change that I scheduled its ridiculous..Was was told I needed a alignment which they did the last time I got my oil changed so is my car that I bought from them not holding the alignment or do they just automatically think I am stupid and will pay for it twice.

About 2 months ago, I went to Dale Earnhart Jr Cadillac and I was shopping for a new CT5. The salesman took my information, driver license etc..I told him I’m very interested in purchasing the CT5. The price was a little out of my budget. He didn’t negotiate with me about the price so we left. I was a little disappointed. I thought maybe it because my ethnicity? I don’t know. 2 months went by and we’re in the month of December. I live in Fort Lauderdale and there’s a lot of Cadillac dealers here . The prices was reasonable but not the best. I was shopping on the internet and saw a CT5 with the right color and price range. Guess what.... it happens to be Dale Earnhardt Cadillac. To make a long story short, we negotiated on a price but we’re not quite there yet. I told him if you please take $200 off because of my travel up there. My offer was declined. So I almost went to another dealer until I received a phone call from him and my $200 got approved. I can’t believe they almost lost my business over $200 dollars? Are you kidding me?? Overall the salesman was very nice but the process was terrible. I just want my car and leave.

I was met in the lobby and asked to complete the review before my car was even taken. I was told by phone that it would take 15 minutes. I was told when my car was taken that it would be an hour. I waited two hours for a single tire to be changed. The waiting area was clean and socially distanced, that part was nice. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you absolutely have to.

Went in for an oil change & front-end alignment. The alignment was not corrected. Returned vehicle for correction but it still was not corrected; & that’s after paying $100 for the alignment!They later reached out to me by email but only gave me their primary phone number without a contact. Doesn’t appear they are serious about good customer service. I have bought two cars from them!
