Body Builders provides excellent services. Their work on my vehicle was superb. They are courteous, professional, and they really excel at communicating with their customers. Unfortunately I needed them twice in 2020 and I am grateful for the way they took care of my car. Top of the line, I highly recommend them.

My wifes car had been making noises for months due to something loose under the car. We took it to another body shop who yanked us around for a week and forgot to order parts when my wife brought her car in. Fed up, we took it to Body Builders on a whim. They immediately got the car on a lift, identified the problem, fixed it, and didnt even charge us. My wife tested it out and it wasnt totally better, so a guy took the car on a drive, they identified another cause of noise, fixed that, and still didnt charge us anything. These people are salt of the earth, they do great work, and we really couldnt be more pleased. Next time we have real body issues, well definitely be taking our cars here, first.

I cannot speak highly enough about this shop. I brought my truck in after extensive water damage had occurred. My truck was ultimately deemed totaled but Katie went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease with the process. She called me several times with every update from the insurance company. Very professional and above anything else she’s kind! To say I was devastated over my truck being totaled is an understatement. I would recommend anyone to use this shop!

I had my car repair at this facility back in August. It took them almost a month to get my car fixed for a bumper job on my vehicle. Replace the headlight, bumper and repair a support bracket. I noticed a few days after the repair that the bumper was sagging on one side as if a bracket wasnt installed properly, then I noticed that the hood gaps were horrible, and the fender was poorly put on the vehicle. I wasnt able to get the car there due to it being my last semester in school and not having time to come back . Come back 6 months on repairs thats Warranty for life, to have them look at it, Katies first response to me is why didnt you bring it back once you got the car? I told her because of school and being to busy. She told me itll take 10-15 minutes for him to fix it up. So I said Ill wait, mind you I am on break at work waiting on them to fix this. Almost 40 minutes go by and she comes back with my car while driving it with the Emergency breaks on and says the tech said that the parts and screws are in the wrong places this wasnt our work that messed this up. the repair is of poor quality and that the tech is making excuses not to fix it. This lady raises her voice as if I were her child and told me I SAID WE WARRANTY OUR WORK SO ILL FIX IT, then storms off into the shop. Needless to say I dont recommend this shop to ANYONE in the Tallahassee area. POOR work quality and horrible customer service. Please choose another body shop for your repairs. And the only reason why she got one star is because I had to, she would have gotten 0 from me.You’re lying. I had no additional body work done to my car. The poor work came from your techs. I had a Radiator replaced which doesn’t call for the HOOD OR FENDER TO BE MOVED or create gaps.

I had an excellent experience with Body Builders. They not only did a beautiful job of repairing my auto body issues, but they detailed the car inside and out, including the engine. They had the car longer than expected due to insurance delays and parts ordering, but it was worth the wait for the job they did. Service was excellent from intake to pickup, with regular communications in between. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a small job, my hood needed to be stripped and re-painted. They did a very good job, and matched almost perfectly, 15 year old paint. The staff was polite and informative. Plus there is a lifetime guarantee. They even cleaned my vehicle, inside and out. I would definitely recommend this business.

I just attempted to go to body builder after a friend referred me and I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service. There was two people sitting at the front desk and I made eye contact with them multiple times and no one asked if they could assist me. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to assist me and no spoke to me.

Hello,I was involved in an accident. Friend of mine told me to go there. That was a big mistake.The problem lies with the interaction with the estimator Bill Cason upon picking my car up. I was under the impression that everything is okay but apparently not. When I received my car back I heard noises in the front hoot and the alignment and call them next day and went to the shop they told me it will take them day or two to fix it but unfortunately it took almost more than two week to get the car back and frustration is problem still there didn’t fix 100%. What I felt as soon as they got the money from insurance company they don’t care about the customer. They should not make the car delivery until everything is 100% fix. They should not treat your customers like that. I would definitely not recommend this body shop to anyone. They were very unprofessional

The staff was easy to work with and professional. The final product was great, my vehicle looked like new! The care and detail they put into fixing my car was much appreciated, right down to the cleaning inside and out of my car, an unexpected bonus! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

A 8 day job has turnt into a month of me not having my car . They are not a good place to get your car fixed unless you want to wait months on it ! The time for my car being done has kept being pushed back further and further . The job was supposed to be done in 8 days !!!! I will never bring my car to this body shop ever again ! I have never had to wait for my car this long at any body shop and I just find it ridiculous!!

I was involved in an accident. My fiance George Coumanis told me to go there. That was a big mistake. The owner Katie told me after being on a wait list for them to take my car, Katie said they would want to get all the parts in before so it would take less than a week for me to get my car back.My car stayed in there for a little over a month. When I received my car back my fiance George heard noises in the motor part. From there I took it to Bill Cason. He said the radiator was falling out and not tied in with brackets. He had to repair everything and fix the oil leak that they should have fixed because it was apart of the damage. Body builders also tried to buff my head light lens to match the new one that they installed and as they were buffing it they buffed all the way down to the metal on the fender.I am sitting there as he is talking on the phone to Katie w the office door shut and when the body man and mechanic walked out they were laughingI would definitely not reccomend this body shop to no one. They were a joke.SincerelyRoula JoanosMy fiance sent me back for them to correct their mistakes and they refused. Also they super glued a crack that was part of the wreck on the grill in front of the car that had should have been replaced.

Ive request to repair my bumper because of just a little accident. They said it would be done before next Friday, Aug. 30. (actually that day was 8/23) So, I had to wait seven days without car. I had to go to my school it take 30 minutes by walk. I had walk about 30 minutes in this melting weather. But, what happen? Did they done? Then Id rather not to post this review. When I called back in Friday, they said they need more time. And it should be done next Tuesday since the part didnt arrive yet.There is no option. I had to wait another five days. But today, the day I should return back my car, it wasnt done yet. They told me the air bag should be repaired so they sent it to dealer. Thats such a lame excuse. So, when can I return back my car? Who should I ask?

Overpriced. Will try to get you to buy ALL new parts for everything when not needed. I took my car elsewhere for repairs.

While they inspected my truck at no charge (no damage, fortunately!), the owner saw me watching and showed me around their shop. Ill definitely go back next time I need body work!

I came at 3:45 pm. The lady said the lady just out and told me to come back at 4:45pm. When I got there 5:15pm which it a horrible traffic, the man told me to come back tomorrow because the time working for estimate vehicle is over. They don’t know that I’m giving a changed for their business to fix for my vehicle. Very disappointed and not giving them a second for working with my body vehicle.
