Put new tires on my truck (33x12.50R20)... They were very professional, completed my alignment quickly, affordably, and have earned my future business.

Used this service for 3 different vehicles. Referred to them by local tire store. Met several customers having their vehicle worked on and 2 of them from nearby towns were referred to Sirmons because of their outstanding service. They are known for the alignment work on 4-wheel drive vehicles.

The main guy there Rick is impatient and terse. Not friendly or particularly helpful. Twice I have gone in for custom alignments with my own new parts and come back to have my settings not done as I asked, my parts not used, and no printout of my settings as I asked. Technically, I have no proof he did any work but I am not suggesting that he didnt. He seems to do a good job and Ive never had any problems arise from his work but he does what he wants, regardless of what I asked for. Customer service is 1 star, quality of work is an assumed 4-5 star.

Honest and knowledgeable. My mechanic recommended them for an alignment, but they figured out it was a brake problem and resolved it before doing unnecessary work. Very pleased with my first experience here. Would highly recommend.

Took vehicle in for repairs, charged to fix issues which were not fixed. Pick up the vehicle and was advised they didnt even test drive the vehicle. How do you complete repairs and charge the customer without test driving vehicle. Customer service was subpar. Pattons provide better service.

Very good, efficient service! My regular mechanic was having repairs done to their alignment machine. So I needed an AWD alignment at short notice, with no appointment. He not only worked me in, but he did it with less than a 30 minute wait time! I was very impressed with the speed of service, as well as the quality of the workmanship. Sirmons Alignment knows how to do a proper alignment and fixed the problem that American expedition vehicles has yet to be able to figure out. They are the professionals they know exactly what they’re doing and they do it at a fair price. I have taken several vehicles to this alignment store because ive had several friends tell me they are the best. Both vehicles pulled to the right. After I got my vehicles back they still pulled to the right. I never gave them the opportunity to correct the issue. I figured after 2 vehicles theres no need. They did a good job though on 1 0f my semi trucks.

This place was recommended for the best wheel alignments in town. I had to wait a while but well worth the wait.

The staff has always been courteous. They take care of anyone I send to them. I am one of the owners of Aamco and they take care of all my cars and my customers. I highly recommend them.

Tried to call three to four times a day for three days last week to set up an appointment for an alignment. Every time I called, there was no answer. I was finally able to take the time and actually go up to the shop, and as soon as I advised that I needed an alignment, it was a very quick and dismissive its not going to happen today from one of the shop workers. No customer service skills whatsoever, and were hesitant to recommend another shop that wasnt in over their heads and taking in more vehicles than they could do in a day. The shop owner didnt even offer to make an appointment with me when he came over. Its really disappointing because I know a lot of folks who use them, but it took me less than 60 seconds to conclude that they will never get a dime from me.

People need to know that a properly aligned vehicle will often pull slightly depending upon the crown and angle of the road, which is not flat in order to drain off rain water.Rick is, in my opinion, the best man to service your front endand he will inspect your brakes and tires for free. Sirmons isnot the cheapest shop- but in the end you save money becauseit is done right the first time- and safety is beyond a price tag inany case. We purchased a new Tahoe with a 6 suspension lift and wanted to be sure the alignment was correct. We reached out to Minco who referred us to P3, saying P3 handles all our alignments. My husband brought my Tahoe to P3 and was met by an older gentleman in the office who refused to even look at my truck. He was belligerent, rude, and downright unprofessional. He insisted that You cannot align a truck with a 6 suspension lift. It just cannot be done. The truck will never be right again. The alignment will never be right. My husband explained that while he understands lifting a truck may alter the alignment some, they should be able to put it on the rack and get the alignment close to perfect. At this time, the older gentleman pointed his finger towards my husband’s face and yelled What dont you understand? You cannot align a truck with a 6 lift! Obviously, having driven lifted trucks much of his life my husband knew this was not accurate information. In addition, if Minco uses P3 to handle all their alignments and Minco is known for installing lifts, what is P3 doing with the trucks sent from them? After this experience, my husband left P3, called Sirmons Alignment & Brake and was encouraged to bring the truck in. My husband explained the treatment and experience at P3 and was reassured the alignment could be done. In less than hour, my truck was off the rack and the alignment was perfect. Sirmons came through in the clutch and performed a service that another highly rated shop in town swore was an impossible task. If you want quality work, honesty, and respect, please give Sirmons your business.

Im new to Tallahassee, and so when I was at Oreillys Auto Parts buying some items, casually complaining about how Firestone could not align my Honda S2000 correctly, the local boys behind the counter (and a few of the customers) all said to go to Rick Sirmons. Hes the best, and alignment is all that he does, was the basic consensus of everyone in the store.So I went, and upon the first attempt, he was able to do better than Firestone, using the machine to align my wheels. He told me to drive it around, and said if it needed tweaking come right back......So I came back, because it was pulling still. The second time he aligned it manually, and it turned out great! But he wanted to point some things out to me, so he asked me to ride along as he drove my car, and explained and demonstrated to me what he thought might have been the overall problem.I read some mixed reviews before going to Sirmons, but to me he is just a no nonsense kind of guy, that knows how to do what he does very well. No but kissing, no over selling. Just tells you what you need and what he can do for you. I will go back again for sure.
