Subpar customer service. My needs were assessed in a timely manner. Not everyone in customer service has to be excited or full of energy but atleast make the customer belive that you actually WANT to do the work.

Friendly and helpful staff. UPDATE....One month after the work they did on my Ford Edge It is still beautiful! I needed paint and new window seals as the old ones were crumbling. When I can get around to it I told Steve that I would come back for repair of a dent on the quarter panel. They do a good job.

One side of my 2010 toyota tundra... They wanted $1,556 ... And it wasnt the hold side ... smh

Brought my mustang here very happy with the paint job not of course 3-5k results but way better than how I brought it. I’m a very satisfied customer will definitely bring it back in the future.

Over charged I disposed of parts didnt hook all lights to mirrors I put on its going cost me more money cause have to go to another shop for body shop not knowing how to install wires on tow mirrors would not recommend at all

Mr. Steve quoted me a price didnt add to it. What he quoted is what i paid. He gave me a time to drop it off and 4days later it was ready. They are straight to the point and fast. Will recommend to anyone plus they gave it a rinse

Steve did an amazing job!!! Im glad I didnt go anywhere else, other places tried to charge me up to $2700!! The car looks like new after Maacos handled it for way less money. Fixed some deep scratches on the side of my car. Will be going back to this place if need be!! Thank you Maaco!

The worst customer service place Ive ever experienced. The manager is not welcoming or friendly. He does not communicate when the car will be ready. I had to call to see when my car was ready for pick up. I had to take my car back in about three times due to them doing a poor paint job on my car. The first time they gave my car back to me - my car was in worst condition than when I left it to them. Dont recommend this place at all.

Came in with no appointment, was appraised on the spot and was able to get the car repaired the very next day. Prices are extremely fair, you wont be taken advantage of here. Will be going back for any needed body work in the future.

Went in to get an estimate on how much it would cost to to get a paint job and they did it fast . They price everything and gave me a print out. Love the customer service skills.

2010 Had SUPREME paint job and body work. 3 years later, its chipping, cracking, fading all over the vehicle...$1500.00 later and I have to pay 1/2 for them to fix their mishap! My advise is to pay more and get better quality.

Maaco does a fine job painting your vehicle. You cant beat the price anywhere in town considering the quality that you receive.

In the process of moving from Tallahassee to Tampa my wife had an accident! Macco not only repaired our car in a timely manor but came in under the quote!
