Shopping at MFT is like shopping with your favorite family members. The ladies at the store are quick to make the perfect suggestion for every occasion, whether it is a wedding gift for an acquaintance or the perfect birthday gift for you mom. They understand the balance between what on trend and the classic necessities. Not only have I shopped at MFT for gifts, and personal items (stationery to iced tea glasses), but also registered for my wedding there. The process was easy and fun, plus I had the ability to call or email any time. For an out of town bride to get a quick response was so reassuring at such a hectic time!

My Favorite Things is Tallahassees headquarter store for the best, affordable and interesting Gifts, Tabletop, Jewelry, Ladies Apparel, Candles and more. They have the oldest and most comprehensive Bridal and Gift Registry in the state of Florida.Family owned, their focus is on the BEST Customer Service in all of Tallahassee. Owner, Lauren, is in the store almost every day and she is the creative force behind their specialty invitations. She takes your ideas and turns them into a masterpiece!This store is not to be missed. They feature the top brands and are a VILLA VIETRI, one of 12 in the entire country. They also have other great lines including Simon Pearce and Mackenzie Childs, just to name a few.

My mother and I visited this store on Saturday; we were looking for a gift for my aunt. Tori(sp?) was extremely helpful; my mother did not know what she wanted to get my aunt and Tori(sp?) continued to suggest things. Even when we thought she had moved on to do something else; she would return with a new gift idea. I felt extremely welcome in the store. I do have to say that I didnt get the same feeling from the young lady running the cash register. While she was civil; she was not charming. While waiting for our gift to be wrapped; I watched the young lady at the register interact with a different customer. I dont really know what the difference was between myself and the young lady that came behind me, but the young lady at the register actually asked if she had come there before. Since the customer had not been there before she asked her for her name, so she could receive benefits. I thought to myself, so why wasnt I offered the same thing? I spent more money than the young lady that came behind me. Outside of that; my experience at this store was stellar. The reason I gave the five stars is because of the amazing service Tori(sp?) gave my mother. but I would like to say that all customers should be treated the same and if you are not going to treat them the same; dont be so blatant about it.
