I like this Target, although its generally busy. However, its always clean and things move fast when its time to check out. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and you can always find someone to assist. I dont live on this side of town and there is a Target closer to me but this Target just feels like Customer Service is their priority and I like that.

I have been shopping at the Parkway Target in Tallahassee since they had a grand opening with benefits going to Refuge House which help victims of violence. I think the customer service is excellent. Also some of the grocery prices are lower than other supermarkets.

Fantastic employees! The Target store on Apalachee Parkway is the BEST Target Store EVER!!!

Every time I go to this location there’s always people walking around not wearing masks. It’s infuriating that the management at this location allows this behavior to continue and practically gives their staff no power to handle these situations accordingly. After informing staff members of mask-less customers on one occasion, their response to the situation was “we tell everyone to wear masks before coming in.” I hope the management realizes that some obnoxious people obviously aren’t going to follow this rule no matter how often you remind them. Unless you actually enforce the policy, and show that there are consequences to not following these guidelines we’re going to be stuck in this pandemic a lot longer than we all want to.

I typically love target but after seeing how they do absolutely nothing when customers don’t wear masks in the store I am really disappointed. We’re still in a pandemic and after 2 women not wearing masks was brought to the attention of multiple employees and discussed over the employee radio they still were permitted to continue walking around the store maskless. I understand that some people are going to refuse to cooperate out of their own ignorance but at that point they should be refused service and ushered out of the store. Otherwise, target is putting the safety of their other consumers and employees at risk. The pandemic is only worsening, not getting better. If stores are to remain open, they have to address these issues. Simply telling people to put their mask on when they first walk in does nothing if you allow them to shop in the store without one on.

I found what I needed and got the items at excellent sale prices. The costumer service was friendly and helpful. I also got new glasses in the optical department, and found out they also do glasses repair. The folks in optical are repairing a pair of glasses for me that were purchased elsewhere. 5 stars. Walked in for a pickup order for a friend, I’ve never done a pickup order. Upon entering, I was fumbling through my pockets and accidentally dropped a fleet gas card for my company. Sophie alerted me immediately, saved me SO much hassle had it been lost to the void. While waiting in the customer service line (with the customers in front of me having larger issues than a simple pick up) I was approached by Francis who very politely asked if I was there for a pickup. In and out in less than 5 minutes with exemplary customer service, as always. Shout out to Francis and Sophie, thank you guys again. I don’t usually do customer reviews, and a lot of them below mine seem bot-ish or just Karen’s or what not. Anyone that complains about Target probably complains about Chik-Fil-A not fulfilling their app order on Sunday.

The mask mandate in Leon county is not being enforced at this Target. At least 50% of shoppers were walking around with a mask at their chin, mainly college students. Employees simply pass by them.

I went to the one on Tennessee Street. Its just a mini Target and they did not have what I wanted. I ended up going to the Target on Apalachee Parkway. The one on Tennessee Street has very limited products but its nice.

I love the Apalachee Parkway location. The staff is friendly and the service is great. I use drive up at least three times weekly. It is such a breeze. One day I decided to put some of the items in my cart through the app for drive-up then I decided to walk the store to see if the items were really on the floor. I found almost everything in my cart until I stopped looking. I am glad to know that this drive-up service is legitimate. As a mother of four young children, I can say Target’s drive up service is heaven sent.

I did order pick up through the app and got what I needed. I got all the way home and opened the eggs and there was an egg missing. I usually try not to make a big deal about little things like this. Idk how they even allowed that to happen or why they still brought it out to me. I called 3 times and the 2nd time it stopped ringing and the phone hung up.

I went to the RDR Optometric Care P.C. at this Target location. While I was not going to write a review, I feel due to recent updates it is only fair to notify those considering seeing this Eye Care facility what experiences they may face.I gave this location and experiences two stars because they were able to give me some good discounts for my glasses/contacts and I know that is not always easy.During my actual appointment, the doctor made multiple remarks about my anxiety and that she was surprised I wasnt on anxiety medication. She spoke down to me in a way that made me feel awful. I have no idea where that kind of audacity or entitlement would come from in an eye doctor but they had to run my insurance multiple times for it to go through. I told her this and she started the appointment before my insurance was approved and I was very nervous Id be paying out of pocket for the visit. She said that the insurance would be through just fine, and while it did, I was still very nervous going to a doctor appointment during (what was) the beginning of COVID. It was their first day back open and I understood the confusion they were having, I felt her bedside manner was inappropriate.I chose not to write a review about this experience because I honestly just wanted to forget it. However, today I received a letter in the mail stating my personal account information was compromised. It states a hacker essentially logged into the scheduling system and obtained access to patient full name, contact information, appointment date and time, and doctor or appointment notes that may indicate information related to eye care treatment, such as prescriptions, health conditions, or procedures.I would not recommend this location for the above reasons.

I recently purchased a giftcard from this location when I tried redeeming it I found that I could not use it and that it was a bad card. I came back to Target to address with the return personnel with my issue. She was polite as was I but their was no offer to the solution for the gift card I had just paid 50 dollars for and was told I basically couldnt receive a refund or the product . I have always thought target was a quality company but no longer feel that way. I paid 50 dollars to receive nothing. If I choose to shop here every again it will not be anything other than clothing or something that is more certain.

They also have some of the nicest employees, they are willing to help and never make you feel awkward for asking. This particular location is my favorite because the produce is best here (my opinion). And it is a nice centralized location. Big two thumbs up for this location!

Me and my family love to shop at Target, either in person, or online.

Today Target is experiencing a global issue with their registers and computer systems. This Target handled the issue well and professionally. Employees were apologetic and kind, and brought free snacks and beverages for customers waiting in the long line. Once systems were restored they were quick and efficient with getting people checked out. Hopefully they didn’t have to deal with too many negative people.
