Coffee is excellent, and food is fairly priced for the experience. Occasionally the coffee creamer(s) will be out and the staff will bring out more ASAP if they have it available. Always a great time coming here and is one of my favorite little spots by campus!

The most authentic New York deli-style bagel that you can get in Tallahassee! Brooklyn Water Bagel has a great location, especially for students, in the heart of College Town, just down the street from popular spots like Madison Social and Township. The bagels, though, are what brought me across town! Super fresh and able to be eaten even cold and not toasted (like real New Yorkers do apparently), the bagels come in a variety of flavors and are ready to be topped with a variety of spreads. I loved the everything and pumpernickel bagels that I tried with the scallion and veggie spreads. If you want to branch out beyond the bagels, there are quite a few breakfast sandwiches and omelets to keep you happy. Overall, Brooklyn Water Bagel has the best bagels that you can get in Tallahassee, keeping even die-hard New Yorkers happy!

Fast service and delicious food. It was pretty expensive for a bagel, imho. But it was large and tasted good. Definitely too pricey to be an regular bagel spot like I had in NYC. But good if you want a bagel once in a while. The avocado was not ripe enough. But it wasnt bad. And the location is cute.

Had the WORST experience. I order an iced coffee and the worker was so rude and REFUSED to give me an espresso shot after I have asked for one more than FIVE times. I had to beg for one espresso shot and look like a fool while the worker berated me in front of the whole place and pointed her fingers in my face telling me I dont know what I am talking about. I do not recommend this place if you have any self-respect and dont want someone who WORKS to refuse you a simple product they are selling.

Ordered a cheese, tomato, and bacon omelette which definitely burnt. Not too much to be inedible but it was not good. The coffee was ok. The bagel was the highlight of the order. A Black Russian seeded bagel. The bagel was mediocre at best so thats saying a lot! Regretted ordering from this place. Wont order here again.

Good customer service and a great bagel!! They prepared my life and bagel open-faced just how I like it. The coffee is always delicious and they have lots of options. Great place to do a breakfast date or meet for coffee. Super atmosphere.

Every time I come here, the bagels are hard, even when they aren’t toasted. The pricing is way too high for the quality. The only saving grace, is their novelty coffee (if they aren’t out).

A nice bagel shop that recently morphed into a breakfast/lunch destination. They now share space (and restrooms) with Vale Food Company. They no longer offer pizza. Staff is friendly. Cubsta coffee cubes are a fantastic idea for enjoying iced coffee without allowing it to get watered down as it melts.

This is one of my favorite places to come for breakfast! The bagel sandwiches are always hot and fresh and taste great. They have some really good coffee too. The staff is always smiling and eager to help. Overall its a great places to spend your Saturday morning.

Brought my four-year-old for a special breakfast before school the other day. The staff and management were fantastically kind and wonderful to her. It made for an incredible experience. Insanely great bagels and muffins. Will definitely go again!

Very quick bagel shop. The coffee is good and their bagels are pretty good. Last time I went I paid for peanut butter on the bagel but didnt receive it. I am sure this was just a random error but overall service was very good.

The begal was good. The service was especially slow. Whoever decided on the schedule for the day after a football game needs more training. It took 25 minutes to get a toasted begal and three muffins in a bag to go. The staff was doing their best. I am guess a regional or district manager decided on the schedule. They dont have to be there when things go haywire.

Had the Lox and Bagels, food was fresh and tasty - location is great with outdoor seating as well.

Great place to grab breakfast. Bagels are made fresh everyday and the coffee is fantastic. They use frozen coffee cubes instead of ice for their iced drinks.

Sad excuse for a “bagel shop.” Poor service. Very dirty. Their breakfast sandwiches are made ahead (like fast food), so it’s soggy and inedible. Go to Brueger’s (if you want a bagel shop), or go make yourself a Lender’s frozen bagel. Don’t waste your appetite, money, or time here.

Got egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The egg was weirdly bland and the seeds on the bagel tasted burnt. I think the bagel itself might have been good otherwise.

Got a chicken topped pizza, was eh. Wasnt warm, cheese wasnt melty, and everything about it was disappointing. Also got the onion topped rolls, not good. No flavoring too them.Stick to the bagels, those are delicious.

Location is great and right in the heart of COLLEGE TOWN. Parking can be a bit difficult. Food is 4.5 out of 5.0. Can get busy sometimes on weekend mornings.

Good food but it sucks you have to pay to park, but if you get there before 10 am its free. The ice coffee is amazing!

Iced coffee here is amazing. The ice cubes are made out of coffee so your iced coffee never waters down. The bagels are okay and the pizza is meh.

Their create-your-own coffee options are very cool; they have dairy products and syrup pumps so you can sweeten up your drink how you like it. But their bagels are only good sometimes, and their egg sandwiches are bland.Also, its a nice hang out spot but terrible for studying unless you study to loud EDM and club music. Which is a shame to find out in the last weeks of the semester because theyre close to campus, have lots of seating, offer free refills for their Cubsta Iced Coffees, and havent ever been packed like Starbucks or Dunkin when Ive visited.

Came here around noon on a Sunday, expecting it to be busy. Line was to the door and VERY slow moving. After waiting for 20 minutes to order an overpriced bagel sandwich and coffee, we got our food fairly quickly. The food wasnt bad, but wasnt anything you couldnt get at an Einsteins or Dunkin. Wont be coming back.

Sometimes theres a bit of a wait, but I think the quality food and service is worth the wait.

I find it very hard to believe that a place that serves pizza and bagels can not make a bacon egg and cheese with mozzarella, its literally on the other side of the store.

Customer service terrible. Got one piece of bacon on my $6 sandwich. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. And neither should anyone else.

Im not sure if there was a change in management but everything seems so disorganized now.
