We paid on March and requested for refund since June, now we still havent gotten our money back!We ordered our table and chairs more than 3 months ago, and we were told that we will get them after 3 to 4 weeks! We had been waiting and waiting, and we didnt hear from them at all for 3 months, until I called them to ask where are my furniture! They told me that its in their warehouse, and they can make the delivery on that Sunday before noon. I dont know when will they tell us this if I didnt call them. We waited at home the whole day, they didnt come, and we didnt get any calls or messages from them after. I called them the next week and asked what happened, it turns out they forgot to put our furniture on the truck! I couldnt understand how did that happen but they promised they would deliver our furniture on that Saturday afternoon. We waited again, and no delivery, no calls, no messages again! I called them, and they explained that there was a storm in Havana and they have to cancel all the deliveries. But shouldnt we at least get a call? Very poor customer service initially. However, The owner worked diligently to repair the issue. He went above and beyond to make things right and ensure that I was happy with my purchase.
My husband and I ordered a dining table and chairs the second week in January, 2018. We were told it would arrive in 8-12 weeks. We are still waiting for it to arrive.We have yet to get an honest answer or an apology from anyone. We have heard week after week that “it’s coming next week “ only for that week and then the next week to go by with no phone call, no email....just nothing till we have to walk into the store again, only to be told again that it’s definitely on the next truck.Until last week we walked in....after waiting for a promised phone call the day before that never came. So now we are told that it will be delivered Monday at 2.That’s today. 2 pm comes and goes and we then get a phone call saying they can’t deliver today and need to reschedule for Saturday.Seriously I doubt we’ll ever see our furniture!

We ordered a custom dining table and chairs in May and finally recieved our table in September. In addition to table delivery which H & H was not directly reaponsible for, we have delt with continued terrible communication. From the very beginning the communication has been awful. The owner’s intentions are good but does not communicate with customers regarding concerns or problems and has created very disappointing customer service. I had to call and text him multiple times almost on a day to day basis for updates.
