Lately the deli has been very slow. Seems as if the employees dont want to make subs.... its sad because I love Publix.

Publix is my favorite place to shop. Things that you cant find in others stores can be found in Publix. I love their Customer Services and their policy to make sure that your shopping experiences are up to par. We cant have enough Publix stores in Tallahassee.

We found everything. we needed easily. the store was clean and well stocked, with quality items. I will shop there again thank you Publix

Chicken bland and dry. Lemon pepper.Walmart taste far better, and cost far less. Publix take note, nobody cares about your customer service. Thats just an excuse for you to scalp the s*** out of everybody. I only care about what food Im buying, for how much, and what quality. Who cares if the cashier smiles at me and asked me to have a good day when were done? Focus on having good products for good prices and see how far that gets you. But as long as theres people with more money than since I suppose you guys will be fine now wont you?

Slot of new and fresh items. Love the salad bar. It is always crowded, but the food is always fresh.

This is good place for shopping. Many people visit. There are more things than I thought. Sometimes, product were not fresh.... but friendly and kind staffs. They are womderful. I strongly recommend bakery.

Publix is really a great place to go Southwood is a very clean store I pick up my prescriptions there everything is very reasonable and as usual I wind up buying more than I really need oh well.

They to hire cooks that Havre experience with making sandwiches etc etc & do it the way customers explain to them

Excellent customer service. Helpful staff. Store is always clean. Prices slightly higher. But your level of customer service is much higher to compared other budget grocery stores.

I really love this Publix. Im from up north, the selection here is very different and I really enjoy that. The employees are very helpful, always happy & willing to stop & help.

Public is almost always great. There publix products are always on point, delicious and a good price. The produce there is hard to beat. Great customer service. Four a five star rating from me they would have to do something with there pharmacy. It is almost always slow with things.

This review is specifically for the delis fried chicken. Sometimes it is excellent. Other times its bitter and kills my stomach. Never know which youll get!

It is a smaller Publix store but the staff are superb and even through the shortfalls of items, did a good job of keeping shelves stocked as best as possible.

My *home* Publix is on Mahan at Cap Circle. This was just a quick visit to grab a couple of items. Like all Publix... The store was clean, well stocked and well staffed. And the employees were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Best supermarket chain in the southeast by far.

Describe the employees seem to be really good but the manager of the female manager with the word cut hair shes not very nice friendly or does not even really that I can see.

The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 5 is because I primarily went there for fruit. Not only were the options limited but the options they had were decomposing and attracting gnats. I was really disappointed. The employees are always very nice though. I love that about Publix.

Staff asked me if I was finding what I needed and helped me search for boiled peanuts. They were out of stock but the staff searched shelves and system until we found empty spot on shelf and were positive there were none anywhere at the store.

This pharmacy is one of the worst in town, in my opinion. I live by Vineyards but work by this one. Every time I go into this one, something isn’t working correctly or there is some other issue. It’s my fault for trying them out several times. Never again.

Publix has waited too long to care about our health...making millions in Covid and took too long to go all masks. Now Delta is raging and still no mask mandate in store again. Making millions and NO SANITIZER DISPENSERS STILL!!! COSTCO GETS MY BUSINESS NOW! MASKS THERE! EVEN WALMART IS BETTER AT MASKING!!

I always go to Publix because they have fresh fruit. I wished I wish we had a Publix like I Osceola at Pensacola Street. Out here on Woodville and Capital Circle would be nice.

During working hours this store is great for getting party supplies and snacks for your team. After hours you can relax and shop here for your family. Their bakery is very flavorful and full delights.

The produce dept was so full, colorful and aromatic today that I couldnt leave the store without filling my cart with more than I planned or needed to buy. What a great Mothers Day lunch and we shall have. Thanks Publix.

Publix is a great place for shopping for groceries. Pricey but worth it. The atmosphere is amazing. The workers are nice and respectful. Never had an issue with them.

As usual, you can find what you want, bogos worked out great today, and dont have to cook supper, the deli took care of that. Staff is always so nice!

Came on my lunch break, and I understand its busy. Went to the deli section. No one acknowledged I was standing there for 8-10 minutes. I older man walks up and they make his order. I stated to the attendant I was standing there and she didnt apologize or nothing.

Clean, organized, and for the most part not crazy busy. Not much more you can ask for from a grocery store. Staff is nice and efficient

We shop here all the time. It has a lot of organic food selection but make sure to check expiration dates. Their hours are so extended, you can visit this Publix until 10 pm. They open as early as 7 am, so you can swing by on your way to work for last minute needs for that team lunch. Prices are fair, not the cheapest but they have deals that you can shop every week. Parking is ok except between 4:45 pm until 6:30 pm daily. It gets very crowded.

Henry in the seafood department was awesome!!! He went above & beyond and his customer service was impeccable. He was very polite, his response time was phenomenal. He definitely made what was going to be a disappointing night, a perfect night, due to another Publix lacking in professionalism.

The people that work there are always super friendly and helpful. Today I chose a line that had a very tall young man named Tom (it may have been Tim but Im pretty sure it was Tom)as a bagger. I told him I chose that line because he reminded me of my son that lives up north and I miss him (hes very tall too). He answered that by saying he is there to help, however it may be. And then he kept talking to me as he was bagging my groceries. I had a lot of cat food and he asked me about my cat. How can you not leave smiling after that interaction.

Was able to purchase freshly cut meats, tomatoes and fruits . Shopping was enhanced by being helped with the grocery being loaded into my vehicle . Thank you !

On June 8th I went to publix to find some Taylor Port Wine but I couldnt find it on the any where so I went to the front to ask for help and meet a young lady by the name of Brittany Billingslea she offered her help we looked and for the wine and she could not find it either she apologized for it not being there but offered something in its place Keel and Curley and let me tell you that wine was great. The day was long and I needed a great wine to end my night and when I say she did that she did that,, thank you so much for suggestion. I will be back to get more..

Came to get my husbands perception for his back, not only was the older gentleman rude but also gave off the vibe that he didnt want to help me, told me my husbands health insurance was not active ect. Also evaluated the price of the prescription by $30.The younger gentleman behind the counter was able to help me and also rang me up.

Im, gluten-intolerant so I have to be sure my food is gluten free. Stephen made it so easy to talk to him today about trying to get some of the gluten free foods back on the shelves that weve been looking for. He was really able to appreciate and understand my need to not go almost an hour out of my way sometimes for food. He was also really great at explaining the reason as to why some of my favorite things werent in yet, and I appreciate his kindness.Edit: within the last month Southwood Publix has stocked up bon all sorts of great gluten free items! Its been so amazingly awesome! I managed to let one of the other managers at the store know just how happy I am to see new gluten free foods being added and gave praise to Stephen for starting the trend in their location.

This Publix was fine however the forest village Publix is five stars.

Publix is known for their Superior customer service and there are times when Im annoyed with it. However I buried my father about a week ago and had to pick up a couple of things. I couldnt believe their bright smile (you could even see through a mask) the, can I help you locate something and the banter that I usually found annoying, really brighten my day. Thank you Publix.

This store is terrible. They have not had boxed chicken the last three times I’ve been at this store. All of those times, fried chicken can find its way into the glass case, but not in boxes. I’m ready to transfer my prescriptions to another store so I don’t have to go into this store again.

Went to publix today to buy 2 delicious subs, there were at least 15 people in line.One person told mee they were waiting over 30 minutes. This could be a positive post because yes publix subs are the best and fresh, however please get more than just 2 people up there working their tails off to get these tasty subs made. I am a nurse and did not have the time to stand in line that long due to my lunch hour is 30 minutes.Please get more help there for all of us. And this was nurses week, and you lost our business today due to the long wait.Thank you still love the store but please fix these long lines.Danielle

Love the store, but--Bought some Publix brand frozen edamame beans. They were horrible! Cooked as directed??? Ive had them before mixed in with other vegetables so thought I would get a bag of just the edamame. My spouse thought the same. Spit it out and all went to the compost pile. Sad!

Just remodeled nice place

I shop several times a week at this Publix and have been very pleased, I really liked the senior shopping hours that have been discontinued. Most people during those times were observing distancing and wearing masks. Its great that Publix employees are now masked, but this morning 5/29 at 9am, at least half of the customers were bare faced. Its time that Publix along with other visitors mandate masks inside the store for everyone.

I’m new to the Southwood area and I was so happy to find a publix near. Publix is one of my all time favorite store to shop. Today I was in publix and I met two beautiful humans Sara and Conner. Sara and Conner is the reason shopping at Publix is always a pleasure. They both deserve a raise. I absolutely will never forget my experience with them both today.

By far the best place to buy groceries in Tallahassee! A couple other locations are similar to this Publix but the employees are really good at Southwood Village! The effort to clean and sanitize everything during the covid 19 outbreak is amazing! Keep raising the standard!
