Love the subs and hot food bar. They always have everything I need. The store is always clean, even the restrooms. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. I love shopping at Publix even when Im traveling.

Publix is a great market to shop at. Nice and professional folks work here. The pharmacy, my pharmacy is clean, orderly and people are courteous and nice. Customer service desk also nice.

Clean pet friendly, just what we needed, but NO coffee pot in the room

The website says that the staff wears masks. A manager should let the baggage staff know that masks do not work if the snout is out. I would rather bag my own groceries than be within a few feet of the snout outs. if you care about your customers, kill them with kindness and caring, rather than Covid. Otherwise you will lose customers in the worst possible way.

5 stars for being a Publix, minus one star because its a small Publix with limited selection and unfriendly (by Publix standards) customer service staff. Shoutout to the off-clock employee who went out of his way to not only help me find an item, but carry it out to my car since it was on his way out anyways. I dont know who he was, and I wanted to go back in store to report his amazing deed to customer service (but that would mean dealing with the gruff manager again). Anyways, I hope the man who helped me sees this review. I appreciate you! If any Publix managers see this, give him a raise, at least! 10/5 stars for that employee.

One of the most updated Publix stores in the area. Very clean and inviting. Cudoos to our cashier today who bagged our groceries so perfectly with a great smile and wonderful personality.

I usually love to shop at this Publix but I requested only a pound of catfish fillets and he threw almost a pound and a half. After he handed it to me he just walked away. I waited for a min for someone to come back and after they didnt I left the catfish on the counter and walked away myself. Ive never had an experience like this here before. I felt like an inconvience.

Amazing clean bargains used rest room forgot I forgot my wallet two things the lovely blonde Mgr bought my paper and gave me directions to 5minute oil change to check my tire for air pressure! This location has most, not all but most of the items that you find and in Publix. For instance, the sushi is actually prepared at at the publics location is occasion West of this location.As such the selection is not quite is quite the full selection that one expects. This location does not have a liquor store.

Boom boom, if you shop here you have made it. They fambulous about employee happiness and it shows on their faces. Theyre not quite fancy though like they dont have juniper berries to make german style game meat ham hocks but gotta forgive since this isnt Shanghai. They dont have enough of their merch on the EBT like theyre trying to discourage peasantry; get with the sickness, Publix. Imma give 5 stars anyway because you do people right. Also thanks for carrying a few real cigars.

Heres the synopsis:I had issue with lack of deli items advertised, employees not skilled in resolving this problem, spoke with Don (store manager). Problem fixed.This is why Publix has been in business for 90 years. They charge a little more for their groceries, but if one values being treated like a customer (and not an annoyance like at Walmart) then you probably dont mind paying a few cents more.Customers are why businesses succeed in making profit. Lack of customers is why they fail.

Terrible. I love publix, but this store is always out of everything. Its 4:30pm, and, theres no Rotisserie Chickens available for over an hour. There were barely any of the pre- chopped items in produce, no Mix of onions, green peppers, & tomatoes, no Broccoli. Its only 430p (not 15 minutes until closing. )This location really needs to up their game.

I was there at 715 this morning and the man in the bakery was so rude! They were out of pumpkin pie even the organic. He said were out and not getting any more. This may not seem like a big deal BUT that is all my elderly Aunt wanted. Poor poor bakery management ! !!!

Sonnie was extremely helpful and fast on bagging my items. She also insisted on replacing a damaged item and that was above and beyond what she had to do. Just moved over here and I’ll only come to this location from now on!

This is by far my favorite Publix in Tallahassee. The store is always stocked well and clean. And the staff is nice and helpful!

The bagger was so helpful in loading my car with 8 bags of groceries during a heavy rain. :) Staff are knowledgeable when you are looking for specialty items!

This Publix looks like it is brand new! Clean, well lit, well stocked. The people at the deli were very polite and quick to help. We were there in the morning and there were very few shoppers, which could explain the great service. Overall it was a good experience and the sandwiches were delicious!

Service is normally not good. Customers do not wear mask or social distance. One of the assistant managers is unprofessional. I only go here as a last resort.

I shop there regularly. Staff is wonderful, helpful & friendly. Definitely less busy and congested than other Publix stores in town.

Publix Supermarket is by far the best supermarket in the United States. They treat their customers with respect and also their employees. Publix Supermarket being a employee-owned company is awesome. They have a tremendous amount of stock and the store is extremely clean and the aisles are wide enough to maneuver around not like some other grocery chains.

The staff is very polite and helpful. I never have to track someone down for help. There is always someone near by. The store is clean and well stocked
