Alex promised a truck to arrive on 5-5 so we accepted the bid, Alex kept giving us typical excuses such as our driver found another load and attempted to find another driver. its now 5-7 and i havent even had a response to my phone calls or emails but Alex continues to bid on another load i have posted. This company lies outright and is impossible to even get a response. i would HIGHLY recommend using any other company besides Freight4All. this is the first bad experience i have had on Uship and Alex A made sure it was the worst experience possible.
