My husband and I entered with our youngest child to buy him a pair of sneakers. We were not greeted at all there was two workers standing having a conversation that they never broke from! We read the COVID sign asking once you find a shoe to please place it on the bench and a associate will help you with sizing. We followed the directions and still nothing. I walked past them 2 and went to speak to the associate who was ringing out customers and asked her she said oh you can just ask them they can get you what you need. I told her I’m sorry because I just disrupted you on you cell phone and I didn’t want to interrupt them because it was obvious that their conversation was more important than making sales. So she proceeded to yell at them to help. I told them it was ok I don’t feel like I should beg anyone to do their job nor should we have to beg to spend our money!

Do not order shoes online from anyone affiliated with foot locker. Had I known Champs was, I never wouldve ordered shoes from their website. How can a company take your money and never send you what you order? The customer service representative that emailed me was not helpful at all, and her tone seemed rude. A week later and I am still waiting on the shoes that I ordered to ship. Never again!
