Great customer service and been there four times since I moved here from Tampa

Won’t be back to this location. I’ve been shopping with Garnet & Gold for many years and have been to this location many times. I choose to shop here because it’s a local business and I always have a great experience. The last few trips I have made, the manager has been either rude or very short with myself and other customers. It’s clear that she lacks patience and basic customer service skills. I haven’t had an issue with any other employee at this location or any other Garnet & Gold. I hope that this recurring issue will be handled so no other customers have similar unpleasant experiences.
