Murphy try very hard to keep their customers social distance and safe. Signs and arrows every where, even ask you to wear your mask to keep yourself and others safe. I just dont understand how people can ignore all of their reminders and pleas to help keep their store and customers a safe comfortable place to stop by. Please take a few minutes just follow the arrows for social distance, even have several, in this way and out the other way, please wear your mask inside. I do know and APPRECIATE ALL your business is trying to do to keep us safe. Unfortunately every one dont feel the same. Keep up the good JOB Murphys. Female worker was bias towards me(female) who wanted to purchase lottery but she declined stating my ID was required for purchase. I got out of line to retrieve ID only to observe her allow a male behind me to purchase lottery w/ no ID then another male purchase a case of beer w/ no ID. I questioned her regarding this & she ignored me. If this is store policy please practice consistency not discretion.

Always super busy considering they have the cheapest gas in Tallahassee, the staff is friendly. Clean bathrooms. Over abundance of homeless people in the parking lot always asking for something.

This is THE RUDEST gas station in Tally. If you are having a good morning, dont go here, theyll ruin it. The cashier doesnt speak to you, they look at you like youre bothering them because they have to take your money. Dont ask a question, then they just glare at you. I dont think they train customer service or require any such common decency here at all. Its not worth saving $.05 in gas per gallon to come here.

The lady working at 8:30 AM on Saturday March 7th was rude, most of the pumps didnt work. When my mom went in to tell the lady working they didnt respond she said Oh I know.

The woman working @4:50 on May 14, 2019 was extremely rude. The line was a mile long inside and out and she did not care about anyone’s time or convenience but her own. She was so disrespectful.

Other then the credit card machines seeming to never work at the pumps this place is great. Inside is well done and clean. And they seem to always have the best gas prices in town.

This place has went down hill so bad, since opening. BAD customer service, never any coffee, store is ALWAYS disgusting. Use to go there all the time, hate going there now. Only good thing is cheap gas.

Gas is cheap. Its normally clean. There are sometimes a line but it moves quickly.

I fill up here religiously. I guess a lot of other people do too which can sometimes create long lines at the pumps. Therefore, I tend to go late in the evening. And, once in a while the pumps malfunction. Best gas prices in town though.

Kevon the worker needs to be fired. Terrible customer service. You can feel the negativity he brings. Complete cancer to the corporation. It was my girlfriends 21st birthday making her first alcoholic purchase and he completely ruined it. He gets her iD, checks her out as usual, and hands her iD back. She says its my birthday because nobody actually realizes the date on the card is actually the date of today so she says it to him expecting just a little happy birthday from him. Nothing. He continues to bag the item. She continues to say in a joyful tone can u say happy birthday? And he goes on to talk to something about cameras and how hes just doing his job and thats not part of his job. Im sorry but if its a girls birthday and she has to ask you to say happy birthday after it was already said to you, then the least you can do is say happy birthday. I understand he doesnt need to say happy birthday to her or anything like that but shes just a girl who just wanted her first alcoholic purchase experience to be great. And it was completely ruined by Kevon. We go to the car and she starts crying because of how rude this guy was. I go back in to pay for something and he goes next time your girl has something to say I immediately cut him off and told him to shut up and to not talk about my girlfriend. Then he goes on to talk about how he got held at gunpoint a year ago. Hey Kevon, sorry that happened to you but doesnt mean you need to take it out on the entire world. We live. We move on. Stop being so frickin negative because nothing good will ever come into your life if you keep on with what youre doing. Lines always a mile long and half the pumps dont accept card and are fd up. Probably the staffs fault it takes them 10 minutes a person to check people out. Used to be the cheapest, quick stop pretty sad.
