Okay not everyone wants to bake cookies. Not everyone CAN bake cookies. I dont even have an oven in-house, so getting some freshly warmed cookies was awesome. I tried each vegan flavor: the chocoalte chip, the double chocolate chip, and the birthday cake. Expensive as hell, and barely worth it for my budget. However, each cookie was way better than expected and all tasted significantly different which is rare for confection places that really just sell one flavor: sugar. I recommend all of them, although the birthday cake flavor would probably get oldest the fastest. Even after one I was tired of it. As for the service, its, well, servicable. It took me quite a long time to get just three warm cookies at 1pm. There were only two people in the shop, and it didnt seem like enough for a line of 5 of us customers, but nonetheless, the worker there (which I wish I caught his name) was awesome. He handled the pressure well and was gracefully multi tasking to get everyone satisfied as soon as possible. I recommend this place, but youll probably want to buy by the half-dozen at least, and order ahead, just to save yourself the headache.

Impressed with their customer service!!! Son was in the shower when they delivered. By the time he got out, cookies were covered in ants. I called the store and they re-delivered, no questions asked, no extra cost. I will certainly order again!

Order cookies for delivery at 8:25pm directly from their website. After an hour of tracking the order it still showed that the order was being prepared so I called the store just to be sure the order had been received. It had. Fast forward to another hour later. I just received my order. It literally took them 2 entire hours to bake and deliver the cookies. This is unacceptable and the worst customer service. And just to clarify it wasnt the driver. I stay not even 2 miles from Insomnia. I won’t order from them again.

They were good when I first had them 2019 but I just bought a sugar cookie and snicker doodle cookie and they tasted like unflavored cookie dough! The snicker doodle cookie tasted like eggy dough

Initial order and delivery went great. But they had forgotten my ice cream. Called the delivery driver so he could know that I had a missing order. He told me hed let them know. If it werent for the fact that I had another order coming from bite squad I wouldnt have known that the forgotten ice cream was delivered. It would have sat out there on the ground until someone walking by would have taken it. Communication is key...

This place is amazing with warm cookies delivered right to your door. You just place an order, make your cookie selections and it comes right to you. They even have ice cream sandwiches with warm chocolate chip cookies!Staff is friendly! Annie was very helpful with our order.

Ordered ice cream and cookies at 11pm. I was promised a pickup time of 11:30pm, but I get here and the order isn’t even prepared. The workers are very slow and don’t pay attention to customers as they walk in. I’d avoid this shop if necessary.

Very good cookies open at late hours. The deluxe cookies are absolutely worth the increase in price as they are much bigger and made with more premium ingredients. However, the cookies (even the regular ones) are very expensive on top of a delivery fee and deliveries are often very slow, up to an hour or more. The site does have a good tracking service to agonize over however, when they remember to update it.

The cookies are honestly pretty great but I cannot recommend this place. I started a delivery order at 10:20 and its been over an hour since the order was made. Still no delivery. I even call the people inside and they said that they driver left 20 minutes ago, when the place isnt even 20 mins away. Its 5 mins at best. Worst is there is ice cream in there too. Honestly not worth the money for the service they provide. Do not order from here until they actually hire competent drivers.Edit: The drivers have gotten better and the time interval between ordering my cookies and getting them has gotten significantly better. Im updating my review and will keep adjusting based on my experience.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. I ordered cookies for Valentine’s Day for my son in Tallahassee ... and apparently they made a mistake and so I tried ordering again and they never came through on the order. They were suppose to give me a 50% discount but instead charged me more. He waited from 2-4pm then 8-10pm for them that Sunday.. hopefully they will reimburse me on both charges.. It’s pretty ridiculous..

Bland cookies and horrible service.

Have been visiting this place here and there for a few years. Feel like they have really stepped it up recently with customer service. (Possibly due to Covid so they retain business) Timeliness and service still occasionally a little slack but the product has never failed. Ordering ahead of time is best bet!

Ordered my cookies at 5:33pm. Called at 6:45pm no answer. Drove up to the store personally to check on my order and receive my cookies. The manager seemed confused about my order. I expressed I’ve been waiting for OVER an hour for my cookies and MATTHEW was VERY RUDE, lacked customer service, lacked concern about my order. So I just went home and baked my own cookies. I don’t recommend going when Matthew is running the shift. Tracy is nicer.

Ordered some cookies for delivery and they ran out of a certain cookie, so they threw in 4 extra ones for free. Delicious cookies. Had some issue with the tracking number at first but it got fixed pretty quick and it got to me pretty fast.

Cookies are great! Customer service was subpar at best, and there was a long strand of hair in my butter pecan ice cream. How is that even possible?! I am sure that I will not be returning, even though the cookies are really good.

Both of my cookies for my ice cream sandwich were broken before I even left the store. I guess thats what I get for telling them I wanted to put it together at home instead of melt away in the car on the way home.

I stopped in one late night as I had a craving for something sweet. They were doing a buy 4/get 2 free deal. I got (2) Mint Chocolate chip, (2) Chocolate chip, and (2) Peanut Butter. The service was fast, the cookies were warm and the price wasnt bad.I found the quality of the cookies to be good and the taste was appealing. The cookies had a nice crunch on the outside and they were extremely soft on the inside. The Mint Chocolate Chip was my favorite and it appears to be a big seller. I didnt eat all of the cookies at once and found that they were still fresh (and soft) a couple of days later.This place is definitely worth a visit.Pros: Late night, delivery service, quality and tasteCons: The menu is somewhat limited and the parking lot is small.

I ordered delivery for my daughter and her roomate and they never received the cookies. Tracking number says it was delivered and of course my credit card was charged, however there was no text or phone call, and no cookies in sight. Customer service is non existent, I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes without talking to a real person yet.

Ordered cookie for my daughters 21st birthday. A big milestone birthday. Away in college, so just a little something from mom and dad. FAILED TO DELIVER. Said they called her cell, but she lives in sorority house for Gods sake. Would have gotten to her like every other service that delivers there. Poor excuse to not deliver. Didnt even call my number as a back up to not getting her. Offered coupons to make up for it. Will find other business to take care of future needs. Thanks for making her 21st memorable.... NOT!

Good cookies... if you ever get them. Three hours after placing my delivery and the app still says baking I call and the worker tells me it in delivery. I call again 40 minutes later to find out my order was returned after the person getting them didnt answer or respond to a voice mail they never left.... basically if you try to deliver, you wont get them and the workers are just going to eat them and never let you know.

The cookies are great when I had them in the past, but they never delivered my order recently and failed to call and tell me why. I had to call them and ask where they were and they said it was to late to get them and gave me a refund. Which isnt supposed to be here for 3-5 days

Best cookies thus far

Ordered at 8pm, at 8:40pm my delivery came but they forgot half the order. Was on hold for about 20 min to try and get status update but once I got through to them they gave me a false impression my other half was on the way soon but I did not receive it until 10:30pm (2 and a half hours from my original order.) I will not be ordering from them again.

I order cookies online and when the cookies got delivered they weren’t even what I ordered. I called in about the problem and was told they would have another batch coming out. I waited 45min and nothing. So I called again and she told me they were busy and it would be best to come up there. Drove all the way up there and they had no idea what I was talking about . It’s like the call center never called them. So after the lady had a attitude with me about making the right order, she mad the order I was suppose to have and we get home and the cookies are under cooked. They were not done at all. I’ve had their cookies before and they were amazing. I guess she felt because it was closing time that she rushed our order. They didn’t apologize for the mess up or anything.

The cookies are absolutely delicious! The main reason why I won’t ever go back unless someone else gets them for me is that every time I go in there, the customer service is terrible! They honestly think they are talking to just anyone but a customer. There has to be a manager to talk to and not a call center because these people should not get away with how rude they treat us.

My favorite cookie is the snickerdoodle. I drive 2.5 hours just for these cookies. The ones in the mall dont compare.

While the ice cream was good, I dont think Id ever visit this place again. I paid almost $9 for a pint of ice cream, with 2 toppings. The negative is, they fill the pint up and you dont get a full pint. If your looking for a good deal, this is not the place.

Made an online order for cookies to be delivered to my son for Valentines Day since this is his first year away from home. He NEVER received the cookie delivery even after I called to report it. Would not recommend.

We ordered 12 cookies an hour and a half ago and they said they’d be delivered within 45 minutes yet still aren’t here. only options on their phone are the national customer service or to place an order. i’m really confused why they didn’t notify us that they were going to take double the time, or even triple (considering we haven’t even gotten them yet)

Worst delivery service I’ve experienced in a LONG time. We have waited THREE hours for these expensive cookies and now the store is closed and we cannot get a hold of anyone. I have experienced these issues before with this company (extreme long delivery times outside of the quoted time frame, deliveries never arriving and receiving no notice/communication, etc.) and I am over it. I would save your money and get the Pillsbury or Nestle Tollhouse packs at the store when they’re on sale and pop them into the freezer until you want cookies again. Don’t waste your time.

Im so surprised about hearing all of the negative reviews of Insomnia Cookies. I have never had a negative experience, everything is quick. I love the cookie tracker which tells me real time status updates about what part of the delivery process my order is at. From the warming container that the cookies get delivered in, to the perfect cookie every bite, including the ease of purchasing my cookies, its always been great for me. I will continue to purchase from Insomnia Cookies for many years to come.

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time!!!I placed an order for a friend in the hospital on 1/29/2020 at 8:33 PM...at 12:36 PM the following day the order status still showed “baking”. When I called the 1-800 number I was told by the girl on the phone who contacted the Tallahassee location “they basically said they don’t know if your order was delivered or not. Do you want to try again to deliver?” Needless to say I asked for a refund.

Insomnia cookie has good cookies and as a cookie lover I had to try it but honestly it is way too over priced for a basic cookie. Delivery is very slow. Although the snicker doodle cookies are wonderful. I’d recommend to just go ahead and try it.

Came in to get a couple of vegan chocolate chip cookies. I was told by the person at the counter that it was a better deal to get 6, so I said ok and paid. Was then told that they didn’t have 6 and if I wanted to wait, it would be 15 minutes more. They asked if I still wanted them and I said yes, I already paid for them! Absolutely the worst insomnia ever. Do not order delivery after midnight. You will not receive your order. They will say they don’t have a driver. Then say it will take 3-5 business days to refund your money. They’re horrible and clearly are not adhering to a corporate standard.

I am currently long distance with my boyfriend and wanted to have something delivered to his house for our anniversary. There arent a ton of options in Tallahassee to have desserts delivered, but I am very happy to have used this company. I requested for the cookies to be delivered at 8:00PM because I knew we would be skyping then, and they were delivered EXACTLY at 8:00! The cookies were still warm and the ice cream still cold. He loved it! Everything looked delicious and my boyfriend said it tasted as good as it looked.

Ive ordered multiple times from this establishment using delivery. Their cookies are marvelous. The issue however is that my orders took over an hour to fulfill. My last order I had to physically go to the place for it took an hour and a half. When I arrived, the driver had just gotten into the car to deliver it.The service line also doesnt help. It goes straight to corporate and they leave you on hold for 20 minutes.Overall, terrible service.

I ordered my son a surprise birthday cookie cake four days before the delivery date, and, after it was not delivered on time, I had to call two different times to make sure they got the order. Once they finally delivered it late, the cake actually said congratulations instead of happy birthday! Also, it is impossible to call the store directly with issues, because the call goes to a call center, and they will not connect you to the store. Very poorly run company. I read through all of the other reviews and have to agree with the reviews stating they give terrible service.

My best friend lives in Tallahassee who had a birthday last Thursday, March 7th. After researching several florist and gift delivery services, I stumbled upon Insomnia Cookies and thought this was a perfect birthday gift because she can take the rest home to her three young children. The online ordering process was very simple but it was never disclosed that in order for the item to be delivered, the recipient is called and must answer even though the order was already paid in full. This was a surprise for my friends birthday so of course she did not answer because she does not recognize the number in addition to the fact that she is at work. I was then contacted regarding the undelivered order and rescheduled a second attempt the following day (the day after her birthday). I stressed that the order must be delivered at 10:30 AM because my friend will be leaving the office at 11am for a meeting across town. I even asked the employee to repeat and confirm TWICE that the delivery time is AM not PM. I did sense a certain unpleasant tone in the employee’s voice, but dismissed it hoping that the delivery will be completed. I even confirmed with my friend the time and to make sure she answers her phone. Then at the end of the day, I received a text from my friend that she did not receive any phone call today regarding the delivery and of course did not receive her birthday gift. I called the store and they claim that the order is on route to its destination and will be there by 10:30PM. The employee FAILED to correctly input the delivery time. At this point, I am frustrated, disappointed, and livid. This was the first and last time I will order anything from this place. This place does not even deserve one star!!! Awful!!!

Oh. My. Gosh! Whoever thought up the idea of Insomnia Cookies is a Genius!!! These are the most delicious cookies I have ever tasted and they are soo soft and chewy!! It makes you feel like you are eating some of Grandmas freshly baked homemade cookies! As soon as you walk in you are instantly attacked by the smell of warm cookies. The prices are a little high but they are worth! And Im kinda glad they are real cheap because I would go there ALL the time! And the best part of all delivery service till 2 am!?! Omg best idea ever!! How many times do you get the late night munchies but you dont feel like going to the store or cooking?? But with insomnia cookies you can just give them a call and they will bring cookies to you and they taste homemade!! The only problem I have with this company is they isnt one in my town so I have to drive over an hour to get some of these deliciously warm cookies!

I always order cookies and other stuffs at insomia, cause I love their cookies, but last night i made a delivery order late night, delivery driver called me saying that he is outside, (makes me wonder if he are looking for my townhouse number) so I went outside waited by my door I saw a car with insomia cookies sign, i waited thinking the driver will come out the car and give my cookies to me (I forgot to put my shoes on) cause I thought he will personally go out and give it to me, (its freaking wet out side cause it just stopped raining) oh well after a while I just walked to his car and thats the time he open the window and gave the cookies to me.! Im so disappointed about this, i never had a delivery in my entire life made me walk like that just to get my order!!!! Its a little far too, 2 townhouse away.....I will never ever make a delivery order again, cookies are great but service is not!

Extremely disappointed. I paid $5 and change for a brownie sundae, description said it came it a jumbo scoop of ice cream. The ice cream was 2 spoonfuls, if that. Such a waste of money, I would have gotten the brownie for $2 and change. I paid $3 for a tiny bite of ice cream.
