They’re extremely rude and will give you a hard time if they feel you’re not spending enough money. I honestly can’t believe they’re still around. Hands down the worst “family-owned” establishment I’ve ever been to, kind of surprised they’re still in business. Try PakMail for FedEx/USPS shipping, printing, faxing, etc. only up the street with MUCH better customer service and better quality!!!

Horrible Service.... I was trying to get banners, yard signs, and other things made for my son’s graduation. I settled with getting photos on a poster. (After feeling rushed). The pictures came out blurry. Not once did Greg, the owner, ask did I have another picture to use he only stated “It is what it is.” I felt really rushed and it seemed as if they were too busy to give Professional service. This was actually the second time I visited and felt this way, but after the first time I decided to give it another try because everyone has bad days! Super disappointed 😞

I printed 200 postcards here and went to pick up yesterday. I was planning to split payment between a $50 gift card and paying the rest in debit. Doug, the owner, nearly refused to take the gift card that plainly stated never expires. He proceeded to argue with me about using the gift card until ultimately I told him I wouldnt be paying for any of it unless he allowed the gift card (from his company!). His reasoning was the gift card was several years old but, It clearly stated it did not expire and the business is still operating- there should be no reason to fight a customer on using a store credit.VERY poor customer service. He got loud with me in front of other customers and his employees. I will not be returning or recommending them to anyone.If you have gift cards to this company, beware, it will be a headache to use!

The first place I always go for shipping or copies. Its quick, nearby and convenient. If theres a problem they will always fix it rather than the usual Oh, we cant do that attitude. Always willing to contact as well, rather than letting you find out about potential issues when you come in.

I use these guys a lot. I have never been disappointed. They are always on time; the quality is top notch; and the prices are excellent! Highly recommend keeping these guys busy!
