I had such a good experience! The whole process was easy and quick. I was sent the proofs, and the stickers were completed in the same day. On top of that, they gave us extras for free. Could not recommend this place enough.

TLDR: Took on a $300 print job then cancelled it after it was deemed unprofitable. Avoid this printer!I have used Minuteman Press once in the past for a project. The quality was fine however the company is terribly difficult to do business with. Will not accept files in person. Can not read files send through OSX Maildrop, they must use an out of date email client.Recently I decided to use them again for a project. I called beforehand, remembering how difficult this business is to work with I figured speaking with someone first would be my best route. After a days worth of back and forth trying to get a readable file to them I received an email that stated they no longer wanted my business due to profit considerations. Before I even received a quote on my project they changed their mind and refused to print my project which was about a $300 print job based on the last time I did business with them.Edit: It is apparent by the response from Minuteman press that they dont read their emails carefully. ALL of the specs for the job including: the type of paper, the quantity, and the sizes of the documents was explicitly stated in the very first email sent to them as well at discussed over the phone. It should also be noted here that it was Minuteman Press who emailed me FIRST after I spoke with their service rep.
